Abstract

Kejadian kanker serviks di Indonesia mendudukan posisi kedua dimana 9% kasus kanker serviks terjadi dari jumlah populasi 273.523.62. Pentingnya bagi wanita untuk memiliki pengetahuan mengenai kanker serviks dan memiliki sikap positif terhadap pencegahan kanker serviks. Mudahnya akses untuk mendapatkan informasi tanpa diikuti kemauan untuk belajar tidak menjamin seseorang memiliki pengetahuan yang baik sejalan dengan kurangnya kesadaran akan gejala yang terjadi dan juga motivasi pencegahan menyebabkan banyak diagnosis terlambat dan sebagian besar kondisi pasien sudah lanjut, hal ini harus dicegah, tetapi karena masih banyaknya tingkat pengetahuan yang masih belum baik dan kesadaran vaksinasi masih menjadi masalah utamanya adalah keterlambatan diagnosis. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk melihat tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap pencegahan kanker serviks yang ditujukan untuk angkatan 2019-2020 FK UKI. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner melalui aplikasi chat line dan whatsapp. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 202 mahasiswi FK UKI dimana respon rate didapatkan 100% seluruh mahasiswi FK UKI angkatan 2019-2020 terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Hasil yang didapatkan aspek pengetahuan sebanyak 158 responden (78,2%) berkategori baik, 41 responden (20,3%) berkategori cukup dan 3 responden (1,5%) berkategori kurang. Aspek sikap terhadap pencegahan 176 responden (87,1%) berkategori baik, 17 responden (8,4%) berkategori cukup dan 9 responden (4,5%) berkategori kurang. Kata kunci : HPV, kanker serviks, pencegahan, pengetahuan, sikap. / The servic cancer in Indonesia stays at 2nd rank that its cases occurred 9 percent from 273.523.62 population. It is very important for women to be well informed about servic cancer, beside must be positive thinking in how to prevent it. The easy access to get cervic cancer information without having eagerness to learn or study about it does not guarantee someone has good knowledge about cervic cancer. In line with of being lack of awareness to prevent the problem its self that cause a lot of patients get late diagnosed and most of them have been in serious condition. This problem should be corrected or fixed. There are many of them have poor information or lack of information of having or getting vaccine that what make them get late diagnosed. The purpose of this research is to find out or how to behave today cervic cancer pointed to 2019 to 2020 UKI Medical students. This research uses questionnaires through chat line or Whats app service. This research is done to 202 UKI medical students and their response rate is 100 percent taken from all medical students 2019 to 2020 bath who involved in this research project. The result achievement taken from 158 respondents or (78.25 percent ) is good, from 41 respondents or ( 20.3 percent) is good enough and 3 respondents or (1.5 percent) is fairly. Teh prevention aspect taken from 176 respondents or (87.1 percent) is good, 17 respondents or (8.4 percent) is good enough and 9 respondents or (4.5 percent) is fairly.
