Abstract

Nyeri punggung bawah bukanlah suatu penyakit atau diagnosis suatu penyakit, melainkan istilah untuk sensasi nyeri pada area anatomis yang terkena yaitu antara sudut rusuk bawah hingga lipatan bawah bokong, khususnya di daerah lumbal dan lumbosacral, dapat terasa hingga ke tungkai dan kaki. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor resiko Nyeri Punggung Bawah dengan keluhan Nyeri Punggung Bawah petugas keamanan di Universitas Kristen Indonesia. Penelitian ini berlangsung dari bulan November-Desember 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan uji statistik uji Chi-square dan uji Fisher. Variabel bebas yang diambil meliputi usia, masa kerja, jenis kelamin, postur kerja dan kebiasaan merokok. Hasil penelitian diperoleh 12 orang petugas keamanan mengalami NBP (29,3%). dan hasil uji statistik tidak ditemukan hubungan antara usia, masa kerja, jenis kelamin, postur kerja dan kebiasaan merokok dengan NPB. Kata Kunci : NBP, REBA. / Low back pain is not a disease or a diagnosis of a disease, but rather a term for the sensation of pain in the affected anatomical area, namely between the lower rib angle to the lower buttock fold, especially in the lumbar and lumbosacral areas, which can be felt down to the legs and feet. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between risk factors for Low Back Pain and complaints of Lower Back Pain by security officers at the Christian University of Indonesia. This research took place from November to December 2022. This study used a research design cross sectional with test statistic Chi-square test and Fisher test. The independent variables taken included age, years of service, gender, work posture and smoking habits. The results showed that 12 security officers experienced NBP (29.3%). and statistical test results found no relationship between age, years of service, gender, work posture and smoking habits with LBP.
