Abstract
Herlin Yanti. Pengaruh Supervisi Kepala Sekolah dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Pada SMP Negeri Kecamatan Sanggalangi. Tesis Pascasarjana Program Studi Administrasi/ Manajemen Pendidikan Universitas Kristen Indonesia, 2022. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis:1) pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri Kecamatan Sanggalangi Kabupaten Toraja Utara, 2)pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri Kecamatan Sanggalangi Kabupaten Toraja Utara, 3)pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP Negeri Kecamatan Sanggalangi Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif . Jenis dari penelitian diskriptif yang peneliti gunakan adalah penelitian korelasi sebab akibat. Sampel diperoleh dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) yaitu semua guru SMP Negeri yang berjumlah 40 orang. Data diperoleh melalui instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, dengan uji- t diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dengan uji-t diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,019 < 0,05, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan uji F diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dengan kontribusi supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 49,2%. Postgraduate Thesis of Educational Administration/Management Study Program, Indonesian Christian University, 2022. The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) the effect of principal supervision on the performance of SMP Negeri Sanggalangi district teachers, 2) the effect of work motivation on the performance of Sanggalangi district junior high school teachers, 3) the effect of principal supervision and work motivation together on teacher performance. at the Sanggalang District Public Middle School. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method. The type of descriptive research that researchers use is causal correlation research. The sample was obtained by using saturated sampling (census) that is all teachers of SMP Negeri totaling 40 people. The data was obtained through a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant effect of principal supervision on teacher performance, with a t-test obtained a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 (2) there was a positive and significant effect of work motivation on teacher performance, with the -t obtained a significance value of 0.019 < 0.05, (3) there is a positive and significant influence of principal leadership and supervision on teacher performance with the F test obtained a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 with the contribution of principal supervision and work motivation on teacher performance of 49.2%.
