Abstract

Stres pada pramugari dapat mengganggu performa kerja. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor risiko stres pada pramugari komersial di Indonesia. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional dan pengambilan sampel secara consecutive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 178 dilakukan pada pramugari yang melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan berkala di Balai Kesehatan Penerbangan Kementerian Perhubungan RI tanggal 31 november - 1 desember 2016. Stres diidentifikasi dengan menggunakan Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 21. Analisis dilakukan dengan SPSS versi 23. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini 31,5% pramugari stres. Pramugari dengan lama masa kerja 6-10 tahun memiliki risiko mengalami stres 7,37 kali lebih tinggi (RRa=7,37 ; 95% CI=1,21-21,7; p=0,037). Pramugari yang hipertensi memiliki risiko mengalami stres 2,51 kali lebih tinggi (RRa =2,51; 95% CI=1,51-4,18; p=0,041). Kata kunci. / Stress may cause impaired work performance. The research objective was to identify risk factors related to stress in Indonesia female commercial flight attendants. Methods was used a cross sectional with consecutive sampling and total of sample was 178 who underwent routine medical examination at Civil Aviation Medical Center on 31 november – 1 december 2016. Stress was identified using Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 21. Data were analysed with SPSS version 23. There were 31,5% subjects had stress. Those who had work length 6-10 years had 7,37 fold increased stress risk (RRa=7,37 ; 95% CI=1,21-21,7; p=0,037). Subjects with hypertension had 2,51 fold increased stress risk (RRa =2,51; 95% CI=1,51-4,18; p=0,041). Keywords : risk factor of stress, female commercial flight attendants
