Abstract

Abortus adalah pengeluaran hasil konsepsi sebelum janin dapat hidup di luar kandungan. Data dari Riset Kesehatan Dasar tahun 2010, angka kejadian abortus masih terbilang cukup tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat faktor-faktor risiko apa saja yang menyebabkan kejadian abortus pada ibu hamil di RS Universitas Kristen Indonesia tahun 2013-2016. Metode penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Sampel akan dipilih menggunakan accidental sampling dan didapat sebanyak 128 sampel. Analisis univariat dengan teknik distribusi frekuensi dan analisis bivariat dengan rumus Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan angka kejadian abortus di RS UKI yang sebelumnya memiliki riwayat abortus yakni sebanyak 36,7% (47 orang) dan yang tidak memiliki riwayat abortus sebanyak 63,3% (81 orang). Dan untuk faktor hipertensi kronik sebagai penyakit penyerta menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan yakni faktor hipertensi p= 0,01. Sedangkan faktor usia dan paritas tidak menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan. Perlu upaya untuk meneliti lebih lanjut faktir-faktor lain yang dapat memberikan kontribusi pada kejadian abortus pada ibu./Abortion is an expulsion of a conception result when the fetus is not ready to survive outside the womb. The Primary Health Research data in 2010 showed suoerior numbers of the incident. The reserach that was done to a group of pregnant women in Christian University of Indonesia Hospital in 2013-2016 was intended to learn the causes and risks of the abortion. The research used the observasional method with cross-sectional study approach. Samples will be selected using accidental sampling and obtained as many as 128 samples with a univariate analysis of the frequency distribution techniques and bivariate analysis wth the Chi-square formula. The research showed the incidence of abortion in Christian University of Indonesia Hospital who previosly had abortion history as many as 36,7% (47 people) and 63,3% (81 people) who did not. As comorbidity, chronic hypertension showed a significant result as p=0,01, while age and parity factor didn’t show any significant result.
