Abstract
Sepsis akibat infeksi bakteri merupakan masalah kegawatdaruratan medik yang sangat serius dan memerlukan penanganan yang cepat dan tepat. Berbagai parameter seperti pemeriksaan jumlah sel darah putih, kadar CRP, dan PCT digunakan sebagai penanda sepsis akibat infeksi bakteri. Karya tulis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sensitivitas dan spesifisitas dari uji eosinopenia dan NLCR pada pasien sepsis akibat infeksi bakteri. Telah dilakukan penelitian terhadap 51 pasien sepsis dengan rentang usia 14 - 70 tahun di Rumah Sakit Swasta di Bekasi periode bulan Oktober - Desember 2016 melalui rekam medik pasien. Penelitian ini merupakan studi uji diagnostik dan sampel diamati secara cross-sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan uji eosinopenia berdasarkan kurva ROC memiliki sensitivitas sebesar 75,0% dan spesifisitas 88,9% dengan cut off1,5 sedangkan uji NLCR memiliki sensitivitas sebesar 86,1% dan spesifisitas 75,0% dengan cut off≥ 6,4. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa eosinopenia dan NLCR dapat menjadi penanda diagnosis sepsis yang ideal dan efisien pada sepsis akibat infeksi bakteri dengan sensitivitas dan spesifisitas uji yang baik. Kata kunci : Sepsis, Eosinopenia, NLCR, Sensitivitas, Spesifisitas./ Sepsis due to bacterial infection is a medical emergency problems were very serious and requires prompt and proper handling. Various parameters such as white blood cells count, CRP and PCT level are used as a marker of sepsis due to bacterial infection. The aim of this research was to determine the sensitivity and specificity of the eosinopenia and NLCR test in patient with sepsis due to bacterial infection. This research was conducted by observing 51 sepsis patients aged 14-70 years at private hospital in Bekasi period October - December 2016 through medical records. The research was an observational study with cross sectional design. The result of this research showed ROC curve for eosinopenia test with sensitivity 75,0% , specificity 88,9% , and cut off 1,5 while NLCR test with sensitivity 86,1 % , specificity 75,0% , and cut off ≥ 6,4. In conclusion, the eosinopenia and NLCR is an ideal and efficient marker to diagnose sepsis due to bacterial infection with good sensitivity and specificity test.
