Abstract

Multiple Drug Resistant Tuberkulosis merupakan fenomena resisten terhadap obat anti tuberkulosis yang paling ampuh yang terjadi sebagai akibat dari pengobatan tuberkulosis yang tidak ditangani dengan adekuat dan tertular dari satu individu ke individu yang lainnya. Kejadian ini rentan terjadi pada anak-anak yang disebabkan oleh imunitas yang rendah sehingga dapat tertular dari orang dewasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kejadian multiple drug resistant tuberkulosis pada Tb anak usia 0 – 18 tahun di RSUP.Persahabatan tahun2017 – 2018 . Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode total sampling dengan sampel yang berjumlah 30 orang anak dan data yang diperoleh berasal dari data rekam medik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa anak yang terdignosis MDR-TB, 100%berasal dari Tb paru, 50% laki-laki dan 50% perempuan, 16,7% kasus terjadi pada anak remaja usia 12 -18 tahun, 16,7% tidak merasakan efek samping pengobatan, dan 66,7% kasus sembuh dari MDR-TB. Kata Kunci: Multi Drug Resistant, tuberkulosis, pasien anak./ Multiple Drug Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR-TB) is a phenomenon that resistant to the most effective anti-tuberculosis drugs as cause treatment not adequately and transmitted from one individual to anpther people. This case susceptible occur in children because the low imunity, so that it can be transmitted from adults. This study aims to explain the description of multiple drug resistant tuberculosis in Tb pediatric age 0-18 years at Persahabatan Hospital in 2017 – 2018 . This study was conducted with total sampling with 30 sampels from medical record data. Result in this study are 100% cases of MDR-TB from pulomnary tuberculosis, 50% male and 50% are female, 16,7% cases occur in adolescents 12 – 18 years, 16,7% do not fell the side effects of treatment, and 66,7% cases treatment succes.
