Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TB) paru merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Kasus TB di Indonesia mencapai lebih dari 300 per 100.000 populasi, di Provinsi DKI Jakarta sebanyak 24.775 kasus, dan di Jakarta Timur sebanyak 7.520 kasus. Penegakan diagnosis yang tepat dan pemberian OAT yang adekuat serta pemantauan terhadap efek samping diharapkan dapat mengurangi angka kejadian TB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan efek samping OAT terhadap penderita TB di bagian rawat inap RSU UKI periode Januari 2015 – September 2017. Metode yang digunakan adalah analysis content document yang bersifat retrospektif dengan populasi 212 penderita. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan penderita terbanyak adalah pria, kelompok umur 45 - 54 tahun, tingkat pendidikan SLTA, wirausaha, dan beralamat di kecamatan Jatinegara. Keluhan penderita terbanyak adalah batuk dan suara napas dasar adalah vesikuler dengan suara tambahan berupa ronkhi. Pemeriksaan yang lebih banyak dilakukan adalah pemeriksaan foto rontgen dan LED. Sedangkan untuk pemeriksaan BTA hanya 40% dan hasil terbanyak adalah BTA positif. Gambaran foto toraks terbanyak berupa infiltrat. Kemasan obat yang sering diresepkan adalah OAT KDT. Distribusi jumlah efek samping akibat kedua obat adalah sama (masing-masing satu orang). TB cases in Indonesia reached more than 300 per 100.000 populations meanwhile in Jakarta as much 24.775 cases, for East Jakarta as much 7.520 cases. Proper diagnose and the granting of anti tuberculosis drugs as well as monitoting of side effects are expected to reduce the number of TB incidence. The research aims to know the characteristicand side effects of antituberculosis drugs against TB patients who were hospitalized in RSU UKI on January 2015 – September 2017. The method used is content analysis document that is retrospectively with 212 populations. The research results obtained most patients are male, age group 45 - 54, the level of education is senior high school, entepreneurs, and has lived in Jatinegara. The most clinical manifestation of TB is cough and in physical examination is vesicular sound with ronchi (rales or crackles). The most work up of TB is x-ray and LED. Meanwhile, BTA examination only 40% with the most result is BTA positive. The most imaging of x-ray is infiltrate. The most prescribed is FDC.
