Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Divisions dan Team Assisted Individualization. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu quasi experiment, desain dengan two-group posttest only control design. Sampel diambil dengan teknik convenience sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu kelas XI IPA 4 sebagai eksperimen pertama dengan perlakuan model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Divisions dan kelas XI IPA 1 sebagai eksperimen kedua dengan perlakuan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar peserta didik yang dilakukan pada akhir kegiatan penelitian. Hal ini ditunjukan dari hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji-t diperoleh dengan taraf signifikan . Selain itu dilihat dari hasil perhitungan hasil belajar kelas eksperimen pertama yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Divisions (nilai rata-rata 70,010) meununjukkan nilai yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas eksperimen kedua yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (nilai rata-rata 66,900). Hasil dari penelitian menjelaskan bahwa perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Divisions lebih tinggi dibanding dengan Team Assisted Individualization. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Divisions, Model Pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization, Hasil Belajar. The purpose of this research is to know if there is any differences in learning outcomes of students who learn using the Student Team Achievement Divisions learning model and Team Assisted Individualization learning model. Additional seen from the calculation of learning outcomes the first experimental class that used the method Student Team Achievement Divisions (average value 70,010) showed higher values than the second experimental class that used the method Team Assisted Individualization (average value 66,900). It can be inferred that there is a difference in learning outcomes of students who learn using the Student Team Achievement Divisions learning models and Team Assisted Individualization learning model. Student Team Achievement Divisions learning model leads to a better learning outcome.
