Abstract
Secara Khusus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai dampak penggunaan Gadget dalam ibadah remaja di GBI Plaza Pondok Gede Bekasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di GBI Plaza Pondok Gede Bekasi, pada 16 Februari 2019 dengan jumlah partisipan yang diteliti sebanyak delapan orang partisipan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan melakukan wawancara terstruktur, ikutserta kelokasi peneltian dan melakukan observasi serta membuat dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisis data kualitatif terhadap dampak penggunaan gadget dalam ibadah remaja didapati bahwa, fungsi gadget yang dahulunya sebagai alat komunikasi kini berubah pemakaiannya, ketika ibadah para remaja lebih tertarik membuat media sosial, remaja menjadi tidak dapat fokus dalam ibadahnya serta terganggu dalam mendengarkan firman Tuhan. Sikap beribadah yang sebenarnya haruslah khusyuk, penuh dengan kuasa Roh, tulus tidak dengan keterpaksaan. Kata Kunci: Gadget, Ibadah, Remaja Specifically, this study aims to obtain information about the impact of the use of gadgets in adolescent worship at GBI Plaza Pondok Gede Bekasi. This research was conducted at GBI Plaza Pondok Gede Bekasi, on February 16, 2019 with the number of participants studied as many as eight participants. The method used in in this study is qualitative, by conducting structured interviews, participating research locations and making observations and making docomentation. Based on the analysis of qualitative data on the impact of the use to be a means of communication is now changing in use, when worship of adolescents is more interested in opening social media, adolescents become unable to focus in worhip and are disrupted in listening to the word of God. The attitude of worship must actually be solemn, full of the power of Spirit, sincere not with compulsion. Keywords: Gadgets, Worship, Teenagers
