Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Jakarta dan kota - kota besar lainnya yang sangat pesat tentunya diikuti dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan konsumsi energi. Konsumsi energi yang tinggi masih didominasi oleh bahan bakar fosil baik minyak, gas maupun batubara. Peningkatan konsumsi bahan bakar fosil ini tentunya diikuti dengan meningkatnya emisi CO2. Salah satu cara untuk mengurangi emisi carbon adalah dengan memanfaatkan energi terbarukan dimana salah satunya adalah energi surya. Tetapi pemanfaatan energi surya ini membutuhkan anasila ekonomis salah satunya adalah melalui Levelized Cost of Energy berdasarkan perhitungan potensi energi surya yang disesuaikan dengan ketersediaan lahan sehingga biaya yang dibutuhkan bisa mendekati kondisi sebenarnya. Kata Kunci: Energi Surya, Levelized Cost of Energy, Emisi CO2./ The rapid economic growth in Jakarta and other big cities is followed by the increasing demand for energy consumption. High energy consumption is still dominated by fossil fuels, oil, gas, and coal. The increase in fossil fuel consumption is of course followed by an increase in CO2 emissions. One way to reduce carbon emissions is to utilize renewable energy, one of which is solar energy. However, the use of solar energy requires an economic analysis, one of which is through the Levelized Cost of Energy based on the calculation of the potential for solar energy that is adjusted to the availability of land so that the costs required can approach the actual conditions.
