Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengembangkan modul berbasis pendekatan Jelajah Alam Sekitar (JAS) pada materi pencemaran lingkungan sebagai bahan ajar bagi siswa kelas X IPS di SMA Negeri 37 Jakarta, (2) Mengetahui kelayakan modul berbasis pendekatan Jelajah Alam Sekitar (JAS) pada materi pencemaran lingkungan oleh validator ahli sebagai bahan ajar bagi siswa kelas X IPS di SMA Negeri 37 Jakarta, (3) Mengetahui persepsi siswa kelas X IPS di SMA Negeri 37 Jakarta terhadap bahan ajar modul berbasis pendekatan Jelajah Alam Sekitar (JAS) pada materi pencemaran lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) yang dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 37 Jakarta di bulan September 2021 - Januari 2022. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan wawancara guru mata pelajaran biologi dan menyebarkan angket analisis kebutuhan belajar siswa untuk mengumpulkan informasi, selanjutnya dilakukan validasi kelayakan modul serta menyebarkan angket persepsi siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah: (1) cara atau proses pengembangan modul, (2) Modul yang layak diterapkan sebagai bahan ajar. Kelayakan modul dinyatakan sangat valid dan valid yang diperoleh dari skor validasi ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa. Persentase rata-rata indeks tertinggi adalah 1,00 dengan kategori “sangat valid” pada ahli materi dan ahli bahasa dan untuk ahli media rata-rata indeks tertingginya adalah 0,83 dengan kategori yang sama yaitu “sangat valid”. Persentase rata-rata indeks terendah menurut ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa adalah 0.67 di kategori “valid”, (3) Hasil persepsi siswa atas modul yang dikembangkan mendapatkan kriteria sangat baik untuk dijadikan bahan ajar biologi. Skor dan persentase tertinggi yang didapatkan adalah skor 239 dengan persentase 90% dari yang diharapkan (100%). Skor dan Persentase terendah yang didapatkan adalah skor 214 dengan persentase 81%. Hasil tingkat persetujuan setiap butir pernyataan 1-15 terletak pada daerah “sangat setuju”. Kata kunci: Modul, Pencemaran Lingkungan, Jelajah Alam Sekitar, Pengembangan./ This study aims to: (1) develop a module based on the Natural Surroundings approach (JAS) on environmental pollution material as teaching materials for class X Social Studies students at SMA Negeri 37 Jakarta, (2) determine the feasibility of a module based on the environmental exploration approach (JAS). on environmental pollution material by expert validators as teaching materials for students of class X IPS at SMA Negeri 37 Jakarta, (3) Knowing the perceptions of class X IPS students at SMA Negeri 37 Jakarta on module teaching materials based on the Natural Surrounding (JAS) approach on pollution material environment. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method which was carried out at SMA Negeri 37 Jakarta in September 2021 - January 2022. The data collection technique was carried out by interviewing biology subject teachers and distributing student learning needs analysis questionnaires to collect information, then validated the feasibility modules as well as distributing student perception questionnaires. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics. The results of this research and development are: (1) the method or process of developing the module, (2) the appropriate module to be applied as a teaching material. The feasibility of the module is declared to be very valid and valid which is obtained from the validation scores of material experts, media experts, and linguists. The highest average index percentage is 1.00 with the category "very valid" for material experts and linguists and for media experts the highest average index is 0.83 with the same category as "very valid". The average percentage of the lowest index according to material experts, media experts, and linguists is 0.67 in the "valid" category, (3) The results of students' perceptions of the developed modules get very good criteria to be used as biology teaching materials. The highest score and percentage obtained is a score of 239 with a percentage of 90% of the expected (100%). The lowest score and percentage obtained is a score of 214 with a percentage of 81%.
