Abstract

Memasuki era Reformasi, sejarah G.30S/PKI dan Supersemar, diperdebatkan di ruang publik dengan begitu bebas. Apalagi setelah diketahui publik bahwa naskah Supersemar yang kita punya dan disimpan di Arsip Nasional tidak otentik. Tesis ini didukung eksplorasi data-data historis yang selama ini luput dari perhatian, sampai pada kesimpulan bahwa meski naskah yang asli-otentik telah hilang, tetap dapat dipastikan isi perintah Supersemar yang hilang itu, dengan SATU-SATUNYA cara yang tersisa, yakni bertanya kepada yang mengeluarkan perintah itu, yakni Presiden Soekarno sendiri. Ternyata, bunyi Supersemar itu adalah sebagaimana yang kita kenal sekarang. Kemudian, implikasi hukumnya: apakah Supersemar ini konstitusional atau tidak? . Juga apakah merupakan kudeta atau tidak? Sebab, meskipun Presiden Soekarno tidak menyetujui pembubaran PKI, tetapi juga berterimakasih kepada Jenderal Soeharto yang telah melaksanakan tugas dengan baik. Dengan pernyataan ini, maka tesis paling populer yang dipegang publik dewasa ini; bahwa Presiden Soekarno dikudeta, kembali dipertanyakan, disamping memang terjadi perbedaan tafsir Soekarno dan Orde Baru (Nasution-Soeharto) Kata kunci: Supersemar, masalah otentisitas, Pidato Sukarno 28 Juli 1966 , masalah hukum, “mengambil segala tindakan yang dianggap perlu”, Garis Hatta/Entering the Reformation era, the history of the G.30S/PKI and Supersemar was freely debated in the public sphere. Especially after it became known that the Supersemar Text that we have and is kept in the National Archives is not authentic. This thesis, supported by the exploration of historical data that have so far escaped public attention, has come to the conclusion that although the original-authentic manuscripts have been lost, the contents of the missing Supersemar orders can still be ascertained, namely BY THE ONLY MEANS that can be used, that is refer to the one who issued the order, namely President Soekarno himself. Apparently, the sound of Supersemar exists as we know it today. Then, the legal implications: is this Supersemar constitutional or not? Also, is it a coup or not? Because, although President Soekarno did not approve of the disbandment of the PKI, but he also thanked General Suharto for carrying out his duties well.
