Abstract

Hubungan Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja (Quality Of Work Life) dan Kepuasana Kerja (Job satisfaction) terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan (Employee Engagement) IT Finance PT Bank Permata. Karyawan dewasa ini menjadi aset penting untuk dijaga oleh organisasi ataupun perusahaan, sebagai aset perlu pengelolaan yang baik pada karyawan supaya senantiasa dapat berkontribusi pada organisasi ataupun perusahaan.Adapun tujuan dan fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan Kualitas Kepuasana Kerja (Job satisfaction) dan Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja (Quality of Work) terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan (Employee Engagement) pada karyawan IT Finance PT Bank Permata. Pengambilan data dijalankan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ataupun angket. Riset ini sifatnya non parametric research serta menyebarkan kuesioner pada 40 responden serta datanya dilakukan analisis mempergunakan analisis korelasi rank Spearman dengan dibantu SPSS versi 25. Hasilnya menampilkan, (1) terdapat hubungan signifikan diantara kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap keterikatan karyawan yang ditnjukkan melalui nilai signifikannya senilai 0,000 < 0,05. (2) Terdapat hubungan signifikan diantara kepuasan kerja terhadap keterikatan karyawan yang ditunjukkan melalui nilai signifikannya senilai 0,001 < 0,05. (3) Terdapat hubungan signifikan diantara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap keterikatan karyawan yang ditunjukkan melalui nilai signifikannya senilai 0,001 < 0,05. Dengan demikian hasil perhitungan ini bisa ditarik kesimpulan, ada hubungan signifikan diantara variabel Hubungan Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja (Quality Of Work Life) dan Kepuasana Kerja (Job satisfaction) terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan (Employee Engagement) IT Finance PT Bank Permata.” Kata Kunc : Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Keterikatan Karyawan / Employees today are important assets to be maintained by organizations or companies, as assets need good management of employees so that they can always contribute to the organization or company.The purpose and focus of this research is to analyze the relationship between the Quality of Job Satisfaction (Job satisfaction) and Quality of Work Life (Quality of Work) on Employee Engagement in IT Finance employees of PT Bank Permata. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. This research is non-parametric research and distributes questionnaires to 40 respondents and the data is analyzed using Spearman rank correlation analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results show, (1) there is a significant relationship between the quality of work life on employee engagement which is indicated by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and employee engagement which is indicated by a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. (3) There is a significant relationship between the quality of work life and job satisfaction on employee engagement which is indicated by a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. Thus the results of this calculation can be concluded, there is a significant relationship between the variables Relationship Quality Of Work Life (Quality Of Work Life) and Job Satisfaction (Job satisfaction) to Employee Engagement (Employee Engagement) IT Finance PT Bank Permata.” Keyword : Quality Work Life; Job Satisfaction; Employee Engagement
