Abstract

INTA ANGELINA S, Hubungan Motivasi Dengan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Sarulla Operations Ltd Hubungan Motivasi dengan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Sarulla Operations Ltd. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi dengan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Sarulla Operations Ltd. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS Versi 26. Sumber daya manusia merupakan pemeran utama dalam organisasi maupun perusahaan. Kegiatan manajemen dapat dilaksanakan dengan cara organisasi harus memiliki karyawan yang mempunyai pengatahuan dan keterampilan yang tinggi serta usaha untuk mengelola organisai sebaik mungkin sehingga kinerja karyawannya meningkat. Motivasi adalah salah satu strategi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan agar dapat mendorong semangat kerja kepada sumber daya manusia yang ada didalam perusahaan agar dapat bekerja optimal dengan memberikan potensi yang dimilikinya untuk kemajuan organisasi. Dan untuk dapat mencapai tujuan dalam suatu perusahaan harus memberikan pelatihan supaya dapat menigkatkan pengetahuan setiap karyawan dalam bidang kemampuan sehingga setiap karyawan dapat mengerjakan tugas atau target yang diberikan. Oleh karena itu, pemberian motivasi dan pelatihan sangat diperlukan untuk memacu kinerja para karyawan agar dapat berada ditingkat tertinggi (optimal) sesuai dengan kemampuan masing-masing. Hasil penelitian secara uji probabilitas (Sig) menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Sarulla Operations Ltd berhubungan signifikan karena 0,000< 0,05 (Sig< 0,05) sehingga Ha diterima, variabel pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Sarulla Operations Ltd berhubungan signifikan karena 0,000< 0,05 (Sig< 0,05) sehingga Ha diterima dan variabel motivasi dengan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Sarulla Operations Ltd berhubungan signifikan karena karena 0,001< 0,05 (Sig< 0,05) sehingga Ha diterima. This study aims to determine the relationship between motivation and training on employee performance at Sarulla Operations Ltd. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS Version 26. Human resources are the main actors in organizations and companies. Management activities can be carried out in a way that the organization must have employees who have high knowledge and skills as well as efforts to manage the organization as well as possible so that the performance of its employees increases. Motivation is one of the strategies carried out by the company in order to encourage morale to the human resources in the company so that they can work optimally by providing their potential for the progress of the organization. And to be able to achieve goals in a company must provide training in order to increase the knowledge of each employee in the field of ability so that each employee can do the task or target given. Therefore, the provision of motivation and training is needed to spur the performance of employees so that they can be at the highest (optimal) level according to their respective abilities. The results of the probability test (Sig) show that the motivation variable on employee performance at Sarulla Operations Ltd is significantly related because 0.000 < 0.05 (Sig < 0.05) so Ha is accepted, the training variable on employee performance at Sarulla Operations Ltd is significantly related because 0.000 < 0.05 (Sig < 0.05) so Ha is accepted and the motivation variable with training on employee performance at Sarulla Operations Ltd is significantly related because 0.001 < 0.05 (Sig < 0.05) so Ha is accepted.
