Abstract

Unjuk rasa memprotes UU Cipta Kerja berdampak pada pengrusakan sejumlah fasilitas publik salah satunya halte Sarinah. Narasi TV melakukan sebuah gebrakan baru dalam produksi liputan investigasi yakni menggunakan metode yang memanfaatkan kecerdasan buatan yang mampu mengakses serta merangkum informasi dari sumber terbuka (Open source) yang memudahkan proses investigasi yang dilakukan, dibanding melakukan metode investigasi secara konvensional untuk mengungkap kasus ini. Namun terlihat kecenderungan menyudutkan kelompok yang dalam video tersebut disebut sebagai “pelaku pembakaran” menempatkan pihak tersebut dalam posisi yang tak setara, yang dalam video tersebut bukti hanya berupa sekumpulan video yang terdapat dalam “Open source” Narasi TV secara tidak langsung melakukan vonnis dan pelabelan sepihak pada kelompok tersebut. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini berusaha untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Narasi TV membingkai video “62 menit Operasi Pembakaran Halte Sarinah| Buka Mata” melalui metode AI Open source based data gathering? Dalam membuktikan asumsi tersebut penelitian ini melakukan analisis yang berpedoman pada model analisis framing yang dikemukakan oleh Iyengar (1991), guna membantu peneliti mengategorikan temuan-temuan penelitian yang berupa audio visual, yang pada penelitian ini Iyengar melihat pembingkaian menjadi dua tipe yakni Episodic Framing dan Thematic framing bisa diidentifikasi dengan alat analisis thematic image dan abstract image. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menemukan pembingkaian yang dilakukan oleh Narasi TV ini dilakukan dalam dua jenis pembingkaian yakni secara episodic dan thematic, namun bingkai episodiknya jauh lebih dominan digunakan isi videonya yang membingkai tetapi dengan menyudutkan sekelompok orang dengan menggunakan visual dengan pandangan penonton yang dipersempit, gambar yang dikontraskan sehingga penonton seolah dipaksa untuk melihat hal yang sama dan memiliki persepsi yang sama dengan pembuat video. Serta Narasi TV juga berusaha membingkai metode OSINT ini sebagai metode yang canggih dan mutakhir sehingga mereka dapat “bersembunyi” dibalik teknologi yang masih cukup asing diterapkan pada media-media di Indonesia untuk mencari pembenaran atas pembingkaian yang dilakukan. Narasi TV made a new breakthrough in the production of investigative investigations by using methods that utilize artificial intelligence which is able to access and summarize information from open sources (Open source) which facilitates the investigation process carried out, and perform conventional investigative methods to uncover this case. However, there is a tendency to corner the group who in the video is referred to as the "arsonist" placing the party in an unequal position, which in the video is only a video contained in "Open source" Narasi TV directly carries out a verdict and unilateral labeling of the group. Therefore, this study seeks to find out how the Narasi TV frames the video “62 Menit Operasi Pembakaran Halte Sarinah| Buka Mata through the Open source AI-based data collection method? In proving the framing assumption, this study conducted an analysis guided by the framing analysis model proposed by Iyengar (1991), to help researchers categorize research findings in the form of audio-visual, which in this study Iyengar saw framing into two types, namely Episodic Framing and Thematic framing can be searched with thematic imagery and abstract imagery analysis tools. In this study, the researcher found that the framing carried out by Narasi TV was carried out in two types of framing, namely episodic and thematic, but the episodic frame was much more dominant in the form of frames but by cornering a group of people by using visuals with a narrowed view of the audience, contrasting images. so that the viewer seems to be forced to see the same thing and have the same perception as the video maker. And Narasi TV also tries to frame OSINT as a sophisticated and up-to-date method so that they can "hide" behind the technology that is still applied to the media in Indonesia to find justification for the framing done.
