Abstract
Increasing vocational skills (vocational skills) of Tagari Christian Vocational Schools through workshop infrastructure management and the competence of instructors in a more professional manner in line with the vision, mission and goals of the school. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative research approach. The quantitative approach aims to test the theory, build facts, show the relationship between variables, provide statistical descriptions, estimate and predict the results, which are in accordance with the nature of research regarding the relationship between the variables in this study. There are 3 (three) variables in this study consisting of 2 (two) variables X (independent variable) and Y variable (dependent variable), where X1 is Workshop Infrastructure Management, X2 is the Competence of Instructors and Y is Student Vocatioal Skills. Data collection was carried out by researchers by distributing questionnaires to research respondents. The results of the study explained that 1) the correlation of the Workshop Infrastructure Management variable with the Student Vocational Skill variable was 0.658 so that it was in the strong category, the relationship between the two variables was linear and positive; 2) The correlation between Instructor Personnel Competency and Student Vocational Skill variable is 0.612 so that it is in the strong category, the relationship between the two variables is linear and positive; 3) There is a positive correlation between the Workshop Infrastructure Management variable and the Instructor Competency variable with the Student Vocational Skill variable at the Tagari Christian Vocational School. Based on the results of multiple linear regressions, it can be seen that if the ability of the Workshop Infrastructure Management variable and the Instructors' Competency variable has increased, the Vocational Skill of Students at Tagari Christian Vocational School also increases.
