Abstract

Persepsi siswa adalah cara siswa melihat sesuatu, serta pandangan siswa mengenai pengalaman yang didapat, dan kemampuan siswa untuk menyimpulkan informasi dan menafsirkan pesan melalui proses sensoris. Hasil sensoris siswa dapat memberikan penilaian atau membangun kesan pada layanan bimbingan konseling belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil persepsi siswa terhadap layanan bimbingan konseling belajar di SMA Angkasa 2 Jakarta Timur. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survei dengan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari 3 indikator yang ada diperoleh bahwa: (1) cara pandang siswa terhadap pengalaman layanan bimbingan konseling belajar memperoleh hasil 75,64% dengan kriteria kuat; (2) layanan bimbingan konseling belajar membuat siswa mampu memahami dan menyimpulkan informasi belajar yang diberikan memperoleh hasil 71,45% dengan kriteria kuat; (3) penilaian atau kesan terhadap layanan bimbingan konseling belajar memperoleh hasil 68,225% dengan kriteria kuat, kriteria kuat tersebut berdasarkan tabel 3 kriteria 100%. Adapun hasil keseluruhan penelitian memperoleh hasil 71,77% yang berarti bahwa siswa memiliki persepsi yang positif terhadap layanan bimbingan konseling belajar di SMA Angkasa 2 Jakarta Timur. Student perceptions are the way of students see something, as well as students' views regarding to experience gained, and the ability of students to infer information and interpret messages through sensory processes. The students' sensory results can provide an assessment or build an impression on the learning counseling service. This study aims to determine the results of student perceptions of learning counseling service in SMA Angkasa 2 East Jakarta. The methodology that used in this research is survey approach with quantitative descriptive research method. Based on the result of the research from 3 indicators, it is found that: (1) the student's perspective on the experience of learning counseling service result is 75.64% with strong criteria; (2) learning counseling service to make students able to understand and conclude the given learning information obtained result is 71.45% with strong criteria; (3) assessment or impression of learning counseling service result is 68,225% with strong criteria, strong criteria is based on table 3 criteria 100%. The overall results of the study obtained a result of 71.77%, which means that students have a positive perception of learning counseling service in SMA Angkasa 2 East Jakarta.
