Abstract

This research deals with Indonesia's efforts in Protecting Indonesia Workers (TKI) in Singapore. This research aims to find out how the impact of Indonesia's efforts in protecting labor of Indonesia (TKI) in Singapore. This is significant because of right concerns are examined and protections received by TKI. The author uses the concept of foreign policy and the protection of the law. This thesis using qualitative methods. Data retrieval through the interview and reference books, newspapers, journals, and documents from the relevant agencies. The researcher try to study and explain the problems often experienced by TKI, explaining the efforts made by the Indonesian Embassy and the agency to protect TKI and Indonesian citizens in the recipient country. The efforts made Indonesia look at services, protection, and construction is done to ensure the achievement of embassy in rights TKI when working. The main efforts of the Indonesian Embassy in providing protection and ensuring the rights of Indonesian workers are fulfilled according to Singapore law without violating national rules and employment. Other efforts of the Indonesian Embassy in active communication with relevant agencies concerning the issue of migrant workers so that it has a positive impact on migrant workers.
