Teachers not only play the role of educators but also have to manage school administration, use learning technology, communicate with students' parents, and carry out various additional tasks. This research was conducted to understand how teachers multitask, the adaptation strategies they use, and how they maintain their professional performance. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research location is SMA Kristen Kesetnana, Timor Tengah Selatan Regency. This research involves 3 teachers as informants. Research data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were analysed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results show that the form of teacher multitasking includes not only teaching in the classroom but also handling administration, using learning technology, communicating with students' parents, and carrying out additional school tasks.
