Abstract

E.O.S ARISTA 2026 (Energize Our Start) merupakan event internal perusahaan yang diselenggarakan oleh PT Arista Group sebagai sarana untuk mempererat hubungan antarkaryawan serta meningkatkan Employee Engagement di lingkungan kerja. Karya ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran strategis implementer dalam menjamin keberhasilan penyelenggaraan event melalui fungsi koordinasi, pengawasan, pengendalian teknis, dan pengambilan keputusan selama proses pelaksanaan. Metode pelaksanaan karya dilakukan melalui tahapan pra event, event, dan pasca-event dengan pendekatan manajemen event. E.O.S ARISTA 2026 menghadirkan berbagai aktivitas interaktif, seperti games, hiburan, door prize, dan sesi tukar kado yang dirancang untuk mendorong partisipasi aktif peserta serta memperkuat interaksi lintas divisi. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh rangkaian event dapat terlaksana sesuai perencanaan dan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Keberhasilan penyelenggaraan E.O.S ARISTA 2026 menunjukkan bahwa implementer memiliki peran penting dalam menjembatani perencanaan dan pelaksanaan sehingga mampu mendukung terciptanya komunikasi yang lebih positif, kebersamaan antarkaryawan, serta peningkatan Employee Engagement di lingkungan PT Arista Group. Kata Kunci: Employee Engagement, Event Internal, Implementer, Manajemen Event. / E.O.S ARISTA 2026 (Energize Our Start) is an internal corporate event organized by PT Arista Group to strengthen employee relationships and enhance Employee Engagement within the workplace. This project aims to analyze the strategic role of the implementer in ensuring the success of event implementation through coordination, supervision, technical control, and decision-making during the execution process. The project was carried out through three stages, namely pre event, event execution, and post-event, using an event management approach. E.O.S ARISTA 2026 featured various interactive activities, including games, entertainment sessions, door prizes, and a gift exchange session designed to encourage active participation and strengthen cross-department interaction among employees. The results indicate that all event activities were successfully implemented in accordance with the planned objectives. The successful implementation of E.O.S ARISTA 2026 demonstrates that the implementer plays an important role in bridging planning and execution, thereby supporting more positive communication, stronger employee relationships, and improved Employee Engagement within PT Arista Group.
