Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle dan pelatihan berbasis kecerdasan buatan atau Artificial Intelligence (AI), khususnya ChatGPT, terhadap kualitas pembelajaran di Yayasan Nitya Bhakti Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei asosiatif. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Penggunaan LMS Moodle dan pelatihan berbasis AI(ChatGPT), sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kualitas pembelajaran. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 120 guru yang berasal dari jenjang KB/TK, SD, SMP, dan SMK di lingkungan Yayasan Nitya Bhakti Jakarta Pusat. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%, sehingga diperoleh kebutuhan sampel sebanyak 92 responden. Dari kuesioner yang dikumpulkan, sebanyak 92 kuesioner dinyatakan lengkap dan layak dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penggunaan LMS Moodle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pembelajaran. Pelatihan berbasis AI(ChatGPT) juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pembelajaran. Secara simultan, Penggunaan LMS Moodle dan pelatihan berbasis AI(ChatGPT) mampu menjelaskan 45,3% variasi kualitas pembelajaran, sedangkan 54,7% sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Dengan demikian, Penggunaan LMS Moodle dan pelatihan berbasis AI(ChatGPT) dapat menjadi bagian dari strategi pengembangan pembelajaran digital, peningkatan kompetensi guru, dan pengelolaan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif, inovatif, dan adaptif. Kata kunci: Moodle, ChatGPT, pelatihan berbasis AI, kualitas pembelajaran, pembelajaran digital. / This study aims to examine the effects of using the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) and participating in Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based training, particularly involving ChatGPT, on the quality of teaching and learning at the Nitya Bhakti Foundation in Central Jakarta. This study employed a quantitative approach using an associative survey method. The independent variables were the use of the Moodle LMS and AI(ChatGPT)-based training, while the dependent variable was the quality of teaching and learning. The study population consisted of 120 teachers from early childhood education/kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school, and vocational high school levels within the Nitya Bhakti Foundation in Central Jakarta. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error, resulting in a required sample of 92 respondents. Of the questionnaires collected, 92 were deemed complete and eligible for analysis. The results indicate that the use of the Moodle LMS has a positive and significant effect on the quality of teaching and learning. AI(ChatGPT)-based training also has a positive and significant effect on the quality of teaching and learning. Simultaneously, the use of the Moodle LMS and AI(ChatGPT)-based training explained 45.3% of the variation in the quality of teaching and learning, while the remaining 54.7% was explained by other factors outside the scope of this study. Therefore, the use of the Moodle LMS and AI(ChatGPT)-based training can serve as part of a strategy for developing digital learning, enhancing teachers’ competencies, and promoting more effective, innovative, and adaptive learning management.
