Abstract

Nusantara ialah negara yang kaya akan sumber daya manusia serta sumber yang ada dilingkungan alam. Industri yang ada dalam negara indonesia menimbulkan peningkatan yang ada dalam bidang industri dengan keadaan yang memungkinkan untuk menaikkan angka pemasukan. Sumber daya yang bisa untuk menaikkan keuangan negara adalah bidang tani dan hasil kebun. Hasil tani yang menghasilkan keuangan dimulai dari kekompakan pegawai dalam menjalankan pekerjaan dan selalu berusaha untuk menorehkan prestasi. Tujuan dari kajian ini ialah untuk menemukan informasi terkait kerja sama serta motivasi oleh pegawai pada kerja yang berprestasi di Sub Kelompok Kepegawaian Sekretariat Badan Karantina Kementerian Pertanian RI. Kajian ini memiliki 30 responden serta data diperoleh dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner serta cara pengolahan datanya ialah dengan metode Analisis Regresi Linear. Temuan dalam kajian ini ialah kerjasama tim memberikan dampak positif signifikan pada prestasi kerja pegawai senilai hitung (2.088 > ttsbel (0.3610) dan signifikansi 0.000< 0.05. Motivasi kerja memberikan dampak positif serta signifikan pada prestasi kerja yang nilai signifikansinya thitung (1.167) > ttabel (0.3610) serta angka signifikan 0,003 <0.05. Kerjasama tim bersama motivasi kerja memberikan dampak positif signifikan pada prestasi kerja dengan signifikansi senilai 0,000 < 0,05. Kata Kunci : Kerjasama Tim, Motivasi Kerja, Prestasi Kerja/The archipelago is a country that is rich in human resources and resources in the natural environment. The existing industry in Indonesia has given rise to an increase in the industrial sector with conditions that allow for an increase in income. Resources that can increase state finances are the agricultural sector and garden products. Agricultural produce that produces finance starts from the cohesiveness of employees in carrying out work and always trying to make achievements. The purpose of this study is to find information related to cooperation and motivation by employees in outstanding work in the Staffing Sub Group of the Secretariat of the Quarantine Agency of the Republic of Indonesia's Ministry of Agriculture. This study had 30 respondents and the data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and processing the data using the Linear Regression Analysis method. The findings in this study are that teamwork has a significant positive impact on employee performance worth tcount (2.088 > ttsbel (0.3610) and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Work motivation has a positive and significant impact on work performance with a significance value of tcount (1.167) > ttable ( 0.3610) and a significant number of 0.003 <0.05.Teamwork with work motivation has a significant positive impact on work performance with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.
