Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada saat ini, Indonesia dilanda pandemi virus Covid-19. Pandemi Covid-19 membuat masyarakat sadar akan pentingnya pola hidup sehat, salah satunya dengan melakukan olahraga seperti bersepeda. Survey di lapangan membuktikan bahwa semakin banyak warga Jakarta bersepeda, baik secara pribadi maupun secara komunitas. Namun peningkatan pengguna sepeda di DKI Jakarta belum didukung oleh fasilitas untuk pengguna sepeda seperti kurangnya jalur sepeda dan tidak adanya parkir khusus yang memadai. Salah satu jalur sepeda yang sering dilalui di DKI Jakarta adalah jalur sepeda di Jalan Pemuda Jakarta Timur. Dimana jalur ini adalah jalur yang sering dilalui pesepeda karena jalur tersebut dekat dengan Jakarta In Velodrome yang merupakan tempat masyarakat Jakarta Timur berolahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keinginan pesepeda untuk menggunakan jalur sepeda di Jalan Pemuda Jakarta Timur. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data hasil kuisioner yang didapatkan dengan membagikan kuisioner secara online menggunakan Google Form kepada masyarakat kota Jakarta Timur yang menggunakan sepeda. Metoda yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metoda analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Dari analisis yang telah dilakukan terdapat 6 faktor yang menambah keinginan untuk bersepeda di jalur sepeda, Jalan Pemuda, Jakarta Timur yaitu jalur sepeda mudah dijangkau, garis batas sudah tidak terlihat, jalur disalahgunakan, tersedia traffic light yang baik, tersedia tempat parkir dan rambu larangan parkir untuk moda lain. Selanjutnya mayoritas responden memilih bersepeda untuk berolahraga, dengan pengalaman bersepeda selama 1-5 tahun. Faktor yang paling menambah keinginan pesepeda melewati jalur sepeda di Jalan Pemuda Jakarta Timur adalah tersedianya traffic light yang baik di jalur sepeda, sebaliknya faktor yang paling sedikit menambah keinginan pesepeda melewati jalur tersebut adalah adanya rambu larangan parkir untuk moda lain pada jalur sepeda. The Covid-19 pandemic has made people aware of the importance of a healthy lifestyle, one of which is by doing sports such as cycling. Surveys in the field prove that more and more Jakartans are cycling, both individually and in community. However, the increase in bicycle users in DKI Jakarta has not been supported by facilities for bicycle users such as the lack of bicycle lanes and the absence of adequate special parking. One of the most frequently used bicycle lanes in DKI Jakarta is the bicycle lane on Jalan Pemuda, East Jakarta. Where this route is a route that is often traversed by cyclists because it is close to the Jakarta In Velodrome which is a place for the people of East Jakarta to exercise. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the desire of cyclists to use bicycle lanes on Jalan Pemuda, East Jakarta. The data used in this study is the questionnaire data obtained by distributing online questionnaires using Google Forms to the people of East Jakarta who use bicycles. The method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. From the analysis that has been carried out, there are 6 factors that increase the desire to cycle on the bicycle path, Jalan Pemuda, East Jakarta, namely the bicycle path is easy to reach, the boundary line is not visible, the path is abused, there is a good traffic light, parking is available and no parking signs. for other modes. Furthermore, the majority of respondents choose cycling for exercise, with cycling experience for 1-5 years. The factor that most increases the desire of cyclists to pass through the bicycle lane on Jalan Pemuda, East Jakarta is the availability of good traffic lights on the bicycle path, on the other hand, the factor that least increases the desire of cyclists to pass through the lane is the presence of signs prohibiting parking for other modes on the bicycle lane.
