Abstract

Pengaruh manajemen sarana prasarana dan kompetensi guru tehadap Mutu Pengajaran di sekolah menengah pertama se kecamatan Rantepao. Tesis. Program Studi Magister Administrasi Pendidikan, Universitas Kristen Indonesia, Jakarta, 2025.Tujuan penelitian adalah : 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara sarana prasarana terhadap mutu Pengajaran,2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap mutu Pengajaran 3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh sarana prasarana dan kompetensi guru terhadap mutu Pengajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah menengah pertama se-kecamatan Rantepao. Populasi sebanyak 177 dan sampel penelitian ini 64 orang dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan taraf kesalahan 10%.Instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya sebelum digunakan. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa seluruh item pernyataan pada variabel manajemen sarana prasarana, kompetensi guru, dan mutu pengajaran adalah valid. Uji reliabilitas juga menunjukkan bahwa semua instrumen memiliki nilai Cronbach Alpha di atas0,600, sehingga dinyatakan reliabel. Uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan linearitas menunjukkan bahwa data memenuhi persyaratan analisis regresi. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sarana prasarana (X₁) dan kompetensi guru (X₂) secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap mutu pengajaran (Y). Persamaan regresi linear berganda yang diperoleh adalah Y = 2,302 + 0,187X₁ + 0,651X₂. Koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R²) sebesar 0,649 mengindikasikan bahwa 64,9% variasi mutu pengajaran dipengaruhi oleh kedua variabel independen, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh antara sarana prasarana terhadap mutu Pengajaran, 2) Terdapat pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap mutu Pengajaran, 3) terdapat pengaruh sarana prasarana dan kompetensi guru secara Bersama-sama terhadap mutu Pengajaran. The objectives of this study are: 1) To analyze the effect of educational facilities on teaching quality, 2) To analyze the effect of teacher competence on teaching quality, and 3) To analyze the combined effect of facilities and teacher competence on teaching quality. This research was conducted in junior high schools throughout the Rantepao subdistrict. The population consisted of 177 teachers, and a sample of 64 respondents was selected using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability before being used. The validity test showed that all items in the variables of facilities management, teacher competence, and teaching quality were valid. The reliability test also indicated that all instruments had Cronbach's Alpha values above 0.600, thus deemed reliable. Classical assumption tests, including tests for normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and linearity, confirmed that the data met the requirements for regression analysis. The regression analysis results showed that facilities management (X₁) and teacher competence (X₂) both partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on teaching quality (Y). The multiple linear regression equation obtained was: Y = 2.302 + 0.187X₁ + 0.651X₂. The adjusted coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) was 0.649, indicating that 64.9% of the variance in teaching quality is influenced by the two independent variables, while the remaining 35.1% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. The findings of this study conclude that: 1) There is an effect of facilities on teaching quality, 2) There is an effect of teacher competence on teaching quality, and 3) There is a joint effect of facilities and teacher competence on teaching quality.
