Abstract
Profesionalisme Guru terhadap Mutu Pendidikan SMAN Tana Toraja. Tesis Pascasarjana program studi Magister administrasi Pendidikan Universitas Kristen Indonesia tahun 2025. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Strategi Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Profesionalisme Guru terhadap Mutu Pendidikan di SMAN Tana Toraja, melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, metode survei, dan analisis deskriptif. Dalam menentukan sampel digunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu semua guru SMAN 10 dan SMAN 11 Tana Toraja yang berjumlah 38 orang. Data diperoleh melalui dokumentasi penelitian dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi antara strategi kepemimpinan dan mutu lulusan =−26,002+0,699X1. Sementara itu, hasil perhitungan uji t terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1) yang positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu pendidikan SMAN di Kabupaten Tana Toraja (Y). Koefisien determinasi kedua variabel tersebut sebesar 0,941 atau 94,1% yang artinya pengaruh strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu pendidikan sebesar 94,1%. Persamaan regresi antara profesionalisme guru dan mutu pendidikan = −7,181 + 0,047 X2 dan sesuai hasil uji t, terdapat pengaruh profesionalisme guru (X2) terhadap mutu pendidikan SMAN di Kabupaten Tana Toraja (Y) secara positif dan siginifikan. Nilai koefisien determinasi kedua variabel tersebut sebesar 0,944 atau 94,4% yang berarti pengaruh profesionalisme guru terhadap mutu pendidikan sebesar 94,4%. Persamaan regresi linear berganda antara strategi kepemimpinan, profesionalisme guru, dan mutu pendidikan adalah =−16,889+0,333X1+0,623 X2 dan dari hasil perhitungan uji F terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan profesionalisme guru secara bersama-sama terhadap mutu pendidikan SMAN di Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Nilai koefisien determinasi berganda (R2) sebesar 0,954 atau 95,4 yang artinya besar pengaruh strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan profesionalisme guru bersama-sama terhadap mutu pendidikan SMAN di Kabupaten Tana Toraja 95,4%. The Influence of Principal Leadership Strategy and Teacher Professionalism on the Quality of Education at Public Senior High Schools in Tana Toraja. Master’s Thesis, Graduate Program in Educational Administration, Christian University of Indonesia, 2025. This study was conducted to analyze the influence of principal leadership strategy and teacher professionalism on the quality of education at public senior high schools (SMAN) in Tana Toraja. The research employed a quantitative approach, using survey methods and descriptive analysis. The sampling technique used was total sampling, involving all teachers from SMAN 10 and SMAN 11 Tana Toraja, totaling 38 participants. Data were collected through research documentation and questionnaires. he findings of the study revealed a regression equation between leadership strategy and education quality = -26.002 + 0.699 X1. The results of the t-test showed that the principal’s leadership strategy (X₁) had a positive and significant effect on the quality of education (Y) at SMAN in Tana Toraja Regency. The coefficient of determination (R²) for these two variables was 0.941 or 94.1%, indicating that the leadership strategy accounted for 94.1% of the variance in education quality. The regression equation between teacher professionalism and education quality was = -7.181 + 0.047 X2 Based on the t-test results, teacher professionalism (X₂) also had a positive and significant effect on education quality. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.944 or 94.4%, meaning that teacher professionalism contributed 94.4% to the quality of education. The multiple linear regression equation for both variables was = -16.889 + 0.333X1 + 0.623X2 The F-test results showed that the principal’s leadership strategy and teacher professionalism together had a positive and significant influence on the quality of education in SMAN throughout Tana Toraja Regency. The multiple coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.954 or 95.4%, meaning that both variables combined contributed 95.4% to the quality of education.
