Abstract
Semua perusahaan berharap agar seluruh karyawan dapat memberikan kinerja yang optimal. Kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, pentingnya disiplin kerja setiap karyawan dalam mengikuti proses perbaikan kepuasan kerja juga dapat berdampak pada kinerja mereka. Tujuan penelitian kuantitatif ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Persada, Bhinneka Dwi. Karyawan perusahaan adalah populasi penelitian. dengan kriteria minimal sudah bekerja paling tidak selama 1 – 4 tahun dan didapatkan sebanyak 35 pekerja. Kuesioner digunakan dalam metode pengumpulan data. Pendekatan analisis regresi berganda merupakan teknik analisis data yang digunakan. Sedangkan nilai t tabel sebesar 2,037 t hitung > t tabel (3,588 > 2,037) yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT, hasil penelitian pada tingkat signifikan untuk variabel kepuasan kerja (X1) sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 yang berarti signifikan. Persada, Bhinneka Dwi. Hasil penelitian pada variabel disiplin kerja (X2) menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan besar terhadap kinerja karyawan PT, dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05 dan nilai t tabel sebesar 2,037 t hitung > t tabel (3,041 > 2,037). Persada, Bhinneka Dwi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara simultan, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja sama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai f hitung sebesar 14,185, sedangkan nilai f tabel sebesar 3,30. Artinya f hitung > f tabel (14,185 > 3,30), dan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 < 0,005. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi R2 yang terkoreksi sebesar 43,7% menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan kebahagiaan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 66,3% merupakan pengaruh faktor tambahan yang tidak diperhatikan dalam penelitian ini. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja pekerja, organisasi perlu fokus pada kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja karyawan dengan melakukan kegiatan building secara berkala untuk membangun hubungan yang lebih kuat antar karyawan dan melakukan evaluasi karywan agar meningkatkan kinerja dan tetap bertahan dalam Perusahaan, khususnya pada PT. Bhinneka Dwi Persada untuk kedepannya. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan / All companies expect all employees to be able to provide optimal performance. Employee performance can be influenced by various factors, including job satisfaction. In addition, the importance of work discipline for each employee in following the process of improving job satisfaction can also have an impact on their performance. The purpose of this quantitative study was to determine how work discipline and job satisfaction affect the performance of PT employees. Persada, Bhinneka Dwi. The company's employees are the research population. with a minimum criterion of having worked for at least 1-4 years and 35 workers were obtained. A questionnaire was used in the data collection method. The multiple regression analysis approach is the data analysis technique used. While the t table value of 2.037 t count> t table (3.588> 2.037) which indicates that the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees, the results of the study at a significant level for the job satisfaction variable (X1) of 0.001 <0.05 which means significant. Persada, Bhinneka Dwi. The results of the study on the work discipline variable (X2) show that work discipline has a positive and large effect on employee performance at PT, with a significance level of 0.005 <0.05 and a t table value of 2.037 t count> t table (3.041> 2.037). Persada, Bhinneka Dwi. Based on the results of simultaneous testing, work discipline and job satisfaction both have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The f count value is 14.185, while the f table value is 3.30. This means that f count> f table (14.185> 3.30), and the significance value is 0.000 <0.005. The corrected R2 Determination Coefficient value of 43.7% indicates that work discipline and job happiness have an effect on employee performance, while the remaining 66.3% is the influence of additional factors that are not considered in this study. The research findings show that to improve employee performance, organizations need to focus on employee job satisfaction and work discipline by conducting regular building activities to build stronger relationships between employees and conducting employee evaluations to improve performance and remain in the Company, especially at PT.
