Liliana Tanggulungan. “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Refleksi Guru Terhadap Literasi Digital Guru SMAN 1 Toraja Utara”. Tesis Pascasarjana Program Studi Administrasi/Manajemen Pendidikan Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta, 2025. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan refleksi guru terhadap literasi digital guru di SMAN 1 Toraja Utara. Literasi digital menjadi kompetensi esensial bagi guru dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan abad ke-21. Dalam konteks ini, kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan kemampuan guru untuk merefleksikan praktik mengajarnya dipandang memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap penguatan literasi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari seluruh guru di SMAN 1 Toraja Utara yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap literasi digital guru dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,376. Refleksi guru juga berpengaruh terhadap literasi digital dengan nilai determinasi sebesar 0,334. Secara simultan, kepemimpinan transformasional dan refleksi guru berpengaruh terhadap literasi digital guru dengan nilai determinasi sebesar 0,480. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel bebas secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi sebesar 48% terhadap peningkatan literasi digital guru, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership and teacher reflection on the digital literacy of teachers at SMAN 1 Toraja Utara. Digital literacy has become an essential competency for teachers in facing the challenges of 21st-century education. In this context, the transformational leadership of school principals and teachers’ ability to reflect on their teaching practices are considered to contribute significantly to strengthening digital literacy. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The research sample consisted of all teachers at SMAN 1 Toraja Utara, selected through a saturated sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results showed that transformational leadership had an influence on teachers' digital literacy with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.376. Teacher reflection also influenced digital literacy with a determination value of 0.334. Simultaneously, transformational leadership and teacher reflection influenced digital literacy with a determination value of 0.480. These results indicate that both independent variables collectively contribute 48% to the improvement of teachers' digital literacy, while the remaining 52% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings highlight the importance of transformational leadership by school principals and the reflective practices of teachers in developing digital literacy competencies, which ultimately contribute to improving the quality of education.
