Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Pengaruh Sertifikasi Guru dan Media Teknologi Terhadap Kinerja Guru di Distrik Mindiptana, Papua Selatan. Menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif, analisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif atau inferensial dan survei. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 88 orang responden, menggunakan instrumen kuesioner untuk memperoleh data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pengaruh antara sertifikasi guru terhadap Kinerja guru memiliki Skor regresi sebesar 0.521 dengan determinasi 27.2%, menghasilkan garis regresi linear seperti berikut: Ŷ = 26.377 + 0.594X1. Hasil analisis regresi media teknologi terhadap kinerja guru memiliki skor sebesar 0.511 terhadap kinerja guru dengan determinasi sebesar 26,1%, menghasilkan garis regresi linear seperti berikut: Ŷ = 28.862 + 0.516X2. Sedangkan hasil analisis regresi secara simultan memiliki skor sebesar 0.547 terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan determinasi varians sebesar 30%, menghasilkan garis regresi linear seperti berikut; Ŷ = 23.004 + 0,357X1 + 0.269X2. Kesimpulan penelitiannya terdapat pengaruh ke dua variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen relative kecil. Meskipun demikian, kedua variabel, tersebut yaitu sertifikasi guru dan media teknologi dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Kata Kunci: Sertifikasi Guru, Media Teknologi, Kinerja Guru / This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher certification and technology media on teacher performance in the Mindiptana District, South Papua. Using a quantitative approach, the analysis employs descriptive or inferential statistics and surveys. The research population consists of 88 respondents, with data collected through a questionnaire instrument. Based on the analysis results, the influence of teacher certification on teacher performance has a regression score of 0.521 with a determination value of 27.2%, producing the following linear regression equation: Ŷ = 26.377 + 0.594X1. The regression analysis of technology media on teacher performance shows a regression score of 0.511 with a determination value of 26.1%, resulting in the linear regression equation: Ŷ = 28.862 + 0.516X2. Mean while, the simultaneous regression analysis produces a score of 0.547 on teacher performance, with a variance determination of 30%, yielding the linear regression equation: Ŷ = 23.004 + 0.357X1 + 0.269X2. The study concludes that the influence of both independent variables on the dependent variable is relatively small. However, both variables teacher certification and technology media can serve as a foundation for improving the quality of education.
