Abstract

ABSTRAK Riset berikut punya tujuan untuk menemukan perbedaan stres kerja serta motivasi kerja dalam sudut pandang gender pengemudi grabbike di kota Depok- Citayam. Riset berikut ialah riset komparatif. Sample riset berjumlah 85 pengemudi grabbike berasal dari komunitas Kairos serta Ulet Bulu Depok-Citayam . Data dikumpulkan dengan memakai kuesioner. Uji normalitas stres kerja menampilkan nilai signifikansi .001 < 0.05 serta motivasi kerja .000 < 0.05. Hasil uji statistik manny- whitney pada stres kerja menampilkan nilai signifikansi sebanyak .000 < 0.05 serta motivasi kerja menampilkan nilai signifikansi .881 > 0.05. Data diolah dengan memakai program SPPS version 26. Hasil riset berikut menampilkan bahwasanya adanya perbedaan stres kerja yang dimana pengemudi grabbike perempuan menampilkan nilai mean rank 70.12 serta stres kerja pengemudi grabbike laki-laki menampilkan nilai mean rank 31.70. Motivasi kerja pengemudi grabbike laki-laki menampilkan nilai mean rank 43.26 serta pengemudi grabbike perempuan menampilkan nilai mean rank 42.38, diputuskan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. PT Grab Indonesia, lebih memerhatikan masalah stres kerja yang dihadapi pengemudi-pengemudi dengan menjalani penegakan kebijakan untuk pemakaian platform ilegal, menggurangi jumlah penukaran koin untuk memperoleh insentif serta mengelompokkan costumer khusus pengemudi perempuan. Kata kunci : Stes Kerja, Motivasi Kerja / ABSTRACT These studies aim to determining the differences in work stress and work motivation in the gender perspective of grabbike driver in Depok - Citayam city. This research is a comparative research. The research sample amounted to 85 grabbike drivers from the Kairos and Ulet Bulu communities in Depok-Citayam. Data were collected use a questionnaires. The normality test of work stress showed a significance value of .001 < 0.05 and work motivation .000 < 0.05. The result of manny-whitney statistical test on work stress showed a significance value of .000 < 0.05 and work motivation showed a significance value of .881 > 0.05. The result of these studies indicating that there is difference in work stress where female grabbike drivers show a mean rank values of 70.12 and male grabbike drivers' work stress shows a mean rank values of 31.70. The work motivation of male grabbike drivers shows a mean rank values of 43.26 and female grabbike drivers showing a mean rank values of 42.38, it is concluded that there is no significancy difference. PT Grab Indonesia, pay more attentions to problem of work stress experienced by drivers by enforcing rules for ilegal application use, reducing the number of coin redemptions to get bonuses and categorizing costumers specifically for female drivers.
