Abstract

Turnover intention karyawan penting untuk diperhatikan perusahaan karena bisa berdampak negatif. Turnover intention yang tinggi bisa menyebabkan biaya rekrutmen dan pelatihan yang meningkat, serta hilangnya pengetahuan karyawan, turnover intention karyawan dapat meningkat karena berbagai faktor, termasuk kompensasi kinerja yang tidak memadai dan beban kerja yang tidak sesuai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan kompensasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada Hotel Nawasena Mandiri University. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan perusahaan 42 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner). Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian pada tingkat signifikan untuk variabel beban kerja (X1) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 artinya signifikan, artinya variabel lingkungan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan Hotel Nawasena Mandiri University. Hasil penelitian pada variabel kompensasi (X2) dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,222 > 0,05 artinya signifikan artinya kompensasi tidak berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan Hotel Nawasena Mandiri University. Hasil uji simultan diketahui nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,005 maka beban kerja dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Nilai Koefisiensi Determinasi adjusted R 2 sebesar 21% diartikan turnover intention karyawan dipengaruhi oleh beban kerja dan kompensasi sedangkan sisanya sebesar 79% merupakan pengaruh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa untuk menurunkan turnover intention karyawan dalam Perusahaan, perusahaan harus memperhatikan beban kerja agar karyawan tetap bertahan dalam Perusahaan, khususnya pada Hotel Nawasena Mandiri University untuk kedepannya. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Kompensasi, Turnover Intention Karyawan / Employee turnover intention is important for companies to pay attention to because it can have a negative impact. High turnover intention can lead to increased recruitment and training costs, as well as loss of employee knowledge, Employee turnover intention can increase due to various factors, including inadequate performance compensation and inappropriate workload. This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of workload and compensation on employee turnover intention at Hotel Nawasena Mandiri University. The sample in this study were all company employees 42 employees. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis method. The results of the study at a significant level for the workload variable (X1) of 0.000 <0.05 means significant meaning that the workload environment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at Hotel Nawasena Mandiri University. The results of research on the compensation variable (X2) with a significant level of 0.222 > 0.05 means significant means that compensation does not have a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention at Hotel Nawasena Mandiri University. The simultaneous test results show that the calculated significant value of 0.000 <0.005, so workload and compensation simultaneously have a significant and significant effect on employee turnover intention. The adjusted R 2 Determination Coefficient value of 21% means that employee turnover intention is influenced by workload and compensation while the remaining 79% is the influence of other variables not examined in this study. The results of this study indicate that to reduce employee turnover intention in the Company, the company must pay attention to workload so that employees remain in the Company, especially at Hotel Nawasena Mandiri University in the future.
