Abstract
Karya ini mengeksplorasi secara mendalam proses rekonseptualisasi company profile Rumah Sakit Taman Harapan Baru (RS THB) melalui produksi video, dengan tujuan utama mengoptimalkan citra institusi dan meningkatkan kesadaran publik terhadap layanan profesional yang mereka tawarkan. Dengan mengaplikasikan prinsip-prinsip corporate branding yang kuat dan adaptasi profil perusahaan yang dinamis, proyek ini berupaya menyajikan RS THB sebagai penyedia layanan kesehatan yang modern, terpercaya, dan berorientasi pada pasien di tengah persaingan industri kesehatan yang semakin ketat. Proses produksi video melibatkan tahapan yang komprehensif, dimulai dari pra-produksi yang mencakup riset mendalam, perumusan konsep kreatif yang inovatif, dan penyusunan storyboard yang detail. Tahap produksi dilaksanakan di berbagai lokasi strategis di dalam lingkungan rumah sakit, secara cermat menyoroti fasilitas medis yang canggih, layanan unggulan yang menjadi keunggulan RS THB, serta interaksi yang hangat dan empatik antara staf medis dengan pasien. Pasca-produksi mencakup editing yang teliti, penambahan elemen grafis yang informatif dan estetis, serta audio mixing yang profesional untuk menghasilkan video berdurasi 5 menit 40 detik yang tidak hanya informatif tetapi juga sangat menarik secara visual dan emosional. Publikasi video direncanakan secara strategis melalui platform digital utama seperti YouTube dan Instagram, dengan implementasi strategi konten yang disesuaikan untuk memaksimalkan jangkauan audiens yang luas dan membangun engagement yang kuat dengan masyarakat. Hasil karya dievaluasi menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat), yang secara jelas menunjukkan kekuatan pada visual otentik yang diambil langsung dari lokasi, narasi yang menggugah emosi, dan kualitas teknis produksi yang tinggi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa video company profile yang dihasilkan sangat efektif dalam merepresentasikan corporate branding dan upaya rekonseptualisasi profil perusahaan RS THB. Video ini berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi strategis yang vital untuk membangun citra positif dan memperkuat kepercayaan publik terhadap RS THB di era digital yang serba cepat dan penuh informasi. Kata Kunci: Corporate Branding, Rekonseptualisasi, Company Profile, Video / This work explores in depth the process of reconceptualizing the company profile of Taman Harapan Baru Hospital (RS THB) through video production, with the main objective of optimizing the institution's image and increasing public awareness of the professional services they offer. By applying strong corporate branding principles and a dynamic company profile adaptation, this project seeks to position RS THB as a modern, trustworthy, and patient-centered healthcare provider in the face of increasingly intense competition within the healthcare industry. The video production process involves a comprehensive series of stages, beginning with pre-production, which includes in-depth research, the development of innovative creative concepts, and the creation of detailed storyboards. The production phase was carried out at various strategic locations within the hospital environment, carefully highlighting the hospital’s advanced medical facilities, its signature services that set it apart, and the warm and empathetic interactions between medical staff and patients. Post-production includes meticulous editing, the addition of informative and aesthetically pleasing graphic elements, and professional audio mixing to produce a 5-minute-40-second video that is not only informative but also highly engaging visually and emotionally. The video's publication is strategically planned across major digital platforms such as YouTube and Instagram, with a tailored content strategy to maximize broad audience reach and build strong engagement with the community. The work was evaluated using a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), which clearly highlighted strengths in authentic visuals captured directly from the location, emotionally compelling narration, and high technical production quality. The conclusion of this study confirms that the produced company profile video is highly effective in representing corporate branding and the efforts to reconceptualize the profile of RS THB. This video serves as a vital strategic communication tool for building a positive image and strengthening public trust in RS THB in the fastpaced and information-rich digital age.
