Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap sejauh mana kolaborasi dan kreativitas guru berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan diversitas siswa dalam pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka di Sekolah Charitas Jakarta, khususnya dalam pelaksanaan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peran guru dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan responsif terhadap diversitas siswa, terutama dalam pelaksanaan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Unit analisis penelitian ini adalah guru pada jenjang SD, SMP, dan SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, pengambilan data dengan kuesioner skala likert. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 70 guru. Temuan penelitian secara parsial kolaborasi terhadap pengelolaan diversitas siswa dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,697. Pengaruh kreativitas guru terhadap pengelolaan diversitas siswa dengan sebesar 0,651. Pengaruh secara simultan kolaborasi dan kreativitas guru terhadap pengelolaan diversitas siswa sebesar 0,771. Variabel kolaborasi lebih dominan daripada kreativitas guru, sehingga perlu peningkatan pada kreativitas guru. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya sinergi antara kolaborasi antarguru dan kreativitas dalam merancang pembelajaran yang relevan, kontekstual, dan berpihak pada kebutuhan siswa. Guru yang memiliki tingkat kolaborasi dan kreativitas yang tinggi dalam merancang dan melaksanakan pembelajaran cenderung lebih mampu mengakomodasi perbedaan karakteristik siswa, sehingga menciptakan suasana belajar yang inklusif dan bermakna. / This study aims to reveal the extent to which teacher collaboration and creativity influence the management of student diversity in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at Charitas School Jakarta, particularly in the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). This research is motivated by the importance of teachers' roles in creating an inclusive and responsive learning environment for student diversity, especially in the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). The unit of analysis in this research is teachers at the elementary, junior high, and senior high school levels. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, data collection using a Likert scale questionnaire. The research respondents consisted of 70 teachers. The research findings partially revealed that collaboration in managing student diversity had a significance of 0.697. The influence of teacher creativity on managing student diversity was 0.651. The simultaneous influence of collaboration and teacher creativity on managing student diversity was 0.771. The collaboration variable was more dominant than teacher creativity, so there is a need to improve teacher creativity. These findings reinforce the importance of synergy between teacher collaboration and creativity in designing relevant, contextual, and student-centered learning. Teachers with high levels of collaboration and creativity in designing and implementing learning are more capable of accommodating student differences, thereby creating an inclusive and meaningful learning environment.
