Abstract
ABSTRAK Pengaruh Pemahaman Tentang Regulasi Tugas Pokok dan Fungsi Guru dan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kualitas Pembelajaran di SMAN Tana Toraja. Sebuah penelitian di SMAN 3 dan SMAN 9 Tana Toraja di Kabupaten Tana Toraja yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman tentang regulasi tugas pokok dan fungsi guru dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kualitas pembelajaran di satuan pendidikan. Adapun respondennya adalah guru sertifikasi untuk variabel pemahaman tentang regulasi Tugas pokok dan fungsi guru (X1) dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X2), sementara untuk kualitas pembelajaran (Y) respondennya adalah siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei yang menggunakan kuisioner model skala likert. Hasil analisis data yang didapatkan adalah: (1) Pemahaman tentang regulasi Tugas pokok dan fungsi guru berpengaruh positif pada kualitas pembelajaran di SMAN Tana Toraja bersarkan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 1,190 + 0,603 X1 dengan pengaruh sebesar 33,7%; (2) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif pada kualitas pembelajaran di SMAN Tana Toraja berdasarkan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 1,212 + 0,572 X2 sebesar 44,1%; (3) Pemahaman tentang regulasi Tugas pokok dan fungsi guru dan Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif pada kualitas pembelajaran di SMAN Tana Toraja berdasarkan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 0,599 + 0,344 X1 +0,428 X2 sebesar 51,6%. Kata Kunci : Pemahaman tentang Regulasi Tugas pokok dan fungsi guru, Kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah, Kualitas Pembelajaran / ABSTRACT The Influence of Understanding of Teacher Duties and Responsibilities Regulations and Principal Leadership on the Quality of Learning at SMAN Tana Toraja. A study at SMAN 3 and SMAN 9 Tana Toraja in Tana Toraja Regency aimed to determine the influence of teacher duties and principal leadership regulations on the quality of learning in educational units. The respondents are certified teachers for the variable understanding of teacher duties and responsibilities regulations (X1) and school principal leadership (X2), while for the quality of learning (Y) the respondents are students. The research method used is a quantitative approach through a survey using a Likert scale model questionnaire. The results of the data analysis obtained are: (1) Understanding teacher duties and responsibilities regulations has a positive effect on the quality of learning at SMAN Tana Toraja based on the regression equation Ŷ = 1,190 + 0,603 X1 with an influence of 33.7%; (2) The principal's leadership has a positive effect on the quality of learning at SMAN Tana Toraja based on the regression equation Ŷ = 1,212 + 0,572 X of 44,1%; (3) Understanding of teacher duties and duties regulations and principal leadership has a positive effect on the quality of learning at SMAN Tana Toraja based on the regression equation Ŷ = 0,599 + 0,344 X1 + 0,428 X2 of 51.6%.
