Abstract
Permasalahan yang menjadi fokus penelitian adalah pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, kecerdasan kolektif organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru pada sekolah Ursulin Santa Theresia Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah secara parsial berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Ursulin Santa Theresia Jakarta, untuk mengungkap bahwa kecerdasan kolektif organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Ursulin Santa Theresia Jakarta, dan untuk mengungkap bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan kecerdasan kolektif organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Ursulin Santa Theresia Jakarta. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal dengan sampel sebanyak 86 orang guru dari populasi sebanyak 110 guru dengan metode sampling representatif. Dari data diperoleh skor rata – rata kepuasan kerja guru di sekolah Ursulin Santa Theresia sebesar 3,32 pada kategori tinggi, skor rata-rata kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah sebesar 3,35 kategori tinggi dan skor rata-rata kecerdasan kolektif sebesar 3,44 pada kategori sangat tinggi. Dari analisis data yang dilakukan melalui analisa regresi linier pada variabel kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja guru (Y) diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,141, Thitung sebesar 1,887 > dari T tabel 1,666. Nilai signifikasi < 0,001 lebih kecil dari 0,05, sedangkan hasil analisa regresi linier variabel kecerdasan kolektif organisasi (X2) terhadap kepuasan kerja guru (Y) diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,208, Thitung sebesar 2,254 > dari Ttabel 1,666 dan nilai signifikasi sebesar <0,001 lebih kecil dari 0,05, Pada analisa regresi ganda, Thitung dari variabel kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan kecerdasan kolektif organisasi sebesar 4,817 lebih besar dari Ttabel 1,992 pada hipotesa dua arah, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan kecerdasan kolektif organisasi berpengaruh secara partial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di sekolah Ursulin Santa Theresa Jakarta. / The problem that becomes the focus of research is the effect of transformational leadership of the principal, collective intelligence of the organisation on teacher job satisfaction at Ursuline Santa Theresia School Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to find out that the transformational leadership of the principal partially directly affects the job satisfaction of teachers of Ursuline School of Santa Theresia Jakarta, to reveal that the collective intelligence of the organisation partially directly affects the job satisfaction of teachers of Ursuline School of Santa Theresia Jakarta, and to reveal that the transformational leadership of the principal and the collective intelligence of the organisation simultaneously directly affects the job satisfaction of teachers of Ursuline School of Santa Theresia Jakarta. The research method is quantitative research with a causal associative approach with a sample of 86 teachers from a population of 110 teachers with a representative sampling method. From the data obtained the average score of teacher job satisfaction in Ursuline Santa Theresia school is 3.32 in the high category, the average score of transformational leadership of the principal is 3.35 in the high category and the average score of collective intelligence is 3.44 in the very high category. From the data analysis conducted through linear regression analysis on the principal transformational leadership variable (X1) on the teacher job satisfaction variable (Y) obtained a regression coefficient value of 0.141, T-statistic of 1.887> from T table 1.666. The significance value of <0.001 is smaller than 0.05, while the results of linear regression analysis of organizational collective intelligence variables (X2) on teacher job satisfaction (Y) obtained a regression coefficient value of 0.208, T-statistic of 2.254> from T table 1.666 and a significance value of <0.001 is smaller than 0.05, In multiple regression analysis, T-statistic of the principal's transformational leadership variable and organizational collective intelligence of 4.817 is greater than Ttabel 1.992 in the two-way hypothesis, so it can be concluded that the principal's transformational leadership and organizational collective intelligence have a partial or simultaneous effect on teacher job satisfaction at Ursuline Santa Theresa School Jakarta.
