Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh siswa yang masih kebingungan dalam menentukan tujuan karier yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada hubungan antara efektivitas bimbingan karier dengan perencanaan karier. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Instrumen penelitian disusun berdasarkan skala perencanaan karier dan skala efektivitas bimbingan karier. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling berdasarkan perhitungan Slovin dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 154 orang dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 65 orang. Data penelitian diolah menggunakan JASP versi 0.19.0.0. berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis menggunakan Pearson's didapatkan hasil p - value sebesar 0.001 yang artinya p < 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara efektivitas bimbingan karier dengan perencanaan karier siswa dengan sumbangan efektivitas kedua variabel adalah sebesar 17%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis yang sudah dilakukan didapatkan bahwa dalam penelitian ini hipotesis Ha diterima dengan asumsi semakin efektif bimbingan karier yang diberikan, maka semakin baik pula perencanaan karier siswa. / This study is motivated by students who are still confused in determining their desired career goals. This study aims to see if there is a relationship between the effectiveness of career guidance and career planning. The method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. The research instrument was prepared based on the career planning scale and the career guidance effectiveness scale. The sampling technique used is random sampling based on Slovin's calculation with a population of 154 people and a sample of 65 people. obtained a sample of 65 people. The research data were processed using JASP version 0.19.0.0. based on the results of hypothesis test calculations using Pearson's, the p-value result is 0.001, which means p < 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the effectiveness of career guidance and student career planning with the contribution of the effectiveness of the two variables is 17%. From the results of hypothesis testing that has been carried out, it is found that in this study the Ha hypothesis is accepted with the assumption that the more effective the career guidance provided, the better the students' career planning, the better the students' career planning.
