Abstract

Pendidikan seksual atau sex education merupakan salah satu topik yang membutuhkan perhatian lebih untuk peserta didik. Pendidikan seksual bukanlah hal yang tabu untuk dibelajarkan. Pendidikan seksual sejak dini wajib diberikan pada peserta didik untuk mengurangi atau mencegah penyalahgunaan seksual. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen mengajarkan pendidikan seksual terhadap pemahaman peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kramat Jati 19 Pagi. Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dapat memberikan pendidikan seksual sejak dini melalui materi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen yang di desain dengan teliti dan cermat. Materi Pendidikan Agama Kristen yang berkiatan dengan pendidikan seksual pada jenajng Sekolah Dasar cukup terbatas.. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu sebagai berikut: 1) mengetahui upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam mengajarkan pendidikan seksual sejak dini melalui materi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kramat Jati 19 Pagi, 2) mengetahui keterbatas materi Pendidikan Agama Kristen yang memuat pendidikan seksual bagi anak pada jenjang Sekolah Dasar, 3) mengetahui pemahaman peserta didik terhadap pendidikan seksual. Metode yang diaplikasikan melalui metode kualitatif deskriptif. Informan yang diteliti meliputi, 1 orang guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kramat Jati 19 Pagi dan 6 peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kramat 19 Pagi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen sudah berupaya lebih dalam mengajarkan pendidikan seksual dengan melalui meredesain materi pendidikan seksual dan melalui media yang kreatif seperti PPT dan video animasi. 2) Materi pendidikan seksual sangatlah terbatas mengenai pendidikan seksual, hampir tidak ada terfokus pada pembahasan pendidikan seksual pada jenjang Sekolah Dasar. 3) Melalui upaya Guru PAK pemahaman peserta didik dapat meningkat mengenai pendidikan seksual sehingga dapat mencegah masalah seksual. Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam mengajarkan pendidikan seksual sejak dini terhadap pemahaman peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kramat Jati 19 Pagi, harus memiliki effort yaitu berupaya maksimal memberikan pendidikan seksual pada peserta di jenjang Sekolah Dasar meskipun materi yang tersedia kurang memadai. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah upaya yang dilakukan guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dengan melalui meredesain materi sehingga pemahaman peserta mengenai pendidikan seksual dapat dipahami dengan baik yaitu menghargai seksualitas, bertanggung jawab terhadap tubuh, kesehatan dan kesejahteraan diri sendiri dan orang lain. / Sex education Is one of the subjects that need further attention for students. Sexual education is not a taboo subject to be taught. Early sexual education must be given to students to reduce or prevent sexual abuse. This is evident from the rampant cases of sexual violence in students This study discusses the efforts of Christian Religious Education teachers to teach sexual education to the understanding of students at SDN Kramat Jati 19 Pagi. Christian Religious Education teachers can provide sexual education from an early age through Christian Religious Education learning materials that are carefully and carefully designed. Christian Religious Education materials related to sexual education at the elementary school level are quite limited. The objectives of this study are as follows: 1) to know the efforts of Christian Religious Education teachers in teaching early sexual education through Christian Religious Education learning materials at Kramat Jati 19 Pagi State Elementary School, 2) to know the limitations of Christian Religious Education materials that contain sexual education for children at the elementary school level, 3) to know the students' understanding of sexual education. The method applied through descriptive qualitative method. The informants studied included 1 PAK teacher at Kramat Jati 19 Pagi State Elementary School and 6 students at Kramat Jati 19 Pagi State Elementary School. The results of this study are 1) Christian Religious Education teachers have made more efforts in teaching sexual education through redesigning sexual education materials and through creative media such as PPT and animated videos. 2) Sexual education materials are very limited regarding sexual education, almost nothing is focused on discussing sexual education at the elementary school level. 3) Through the efforts of PAK teachers, students' understanding of sexual education can increase so that they can prevent sexual problems. Christian Religious Education teachers in teaching early sexual education to the understanding of students at Kramat Jati 19 Pagi National School, must have an effort, namely making maximum efforts to provide sexual education to participants at the elementary school level even though the available material is inadequate. The conclusion of this study is the efforts made by PAK teachers by redesigning the material so that participants' understanding of sexual education can be well understood, namely respecting sexuality, being responsible for the body, health and welfare of oneself and others.
