Abstract

Ekokardiografi merupakan satu-satunya alat yang dapat mendiagnosis gagal jantung sistolik. Penurunan fraksi ejeksi yang merupakan indicator gagal jantung sistolik dapat dilihat dengan pemeriksaan ekokardiografi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui data pasien gagal jantung sistolik yang melakukan pemeriksaan ekokardiografi di RSU UKI periode bulan Januari – November 2017. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik retrospektif. Populasi penelitian seluruh pasien gagal jantung sebanyak 122 orang. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 56 orang. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif terhadap jenis kelamin, usia, keluhan utama, riwayat penyakit dahulu, dan fraksi ejeksi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin terbanyak penderita gagal jantung sistolik adalah laki-laki (52.7%). Usia terbanyak penderita gagal jantung sistolik yaitu pada usia >65 tahun (34.5%). Keluhan utama tersering adalah sesak napas (87.3%). Riwayat penyakit dahulu terbanyak yang dialami penderita gagal jantung sistolik adalah hipertensi (36.4%). Penderita terbanyak pada kelompok fraksi ejeksi <40% (41.8). Kata kunci : Gagal Jantung Sistolik, Ekokardiografi. / Echocardiography is the only tool that can diagnose systolic heart failure. The decrease in ejection fraction which is an indicator of systolic heart failure can be seen by echocardiography examination. This study aims to determine the data of patients with systolic heart failure who perform echocardiography examination at UKI Hospital period January - November 2017. This research is descriptive retrospective analytics. The study population of patients with heart failure is 122 people. The sample of this research use consecutive sampling technique. The number of samples of this study were 56 people. Data analysis was done descriptively on gender, age, major complaint, history of uppercase disease, and ejection fraction. The results showed that the most common sex of systolic heart failure was male (52.7%). The most common major complaint was shortness of breath (87.3%). History of disease first experienced by most patients with systolic heart failure is hypertension (36.4%). Patients were mostly in the fractional injection group <40% (41.8%).
