Abstract

Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi adalah peningkatan tekanan darah sistolik lebih dari 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik lebih dari 90 mmHg pada dua kali pengukuran dengan selang waktu lima menit dałam keadaan cukup istirahat/tenang. Hipertensi adalah salah satu penyebab utama kematian dini diseluruh dunia. Kejadian hipertensi sering dikaitkan dengan faktor-faktor risiko yang muncul. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Karakteristik Pasien Hipertensi Rawat Jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum UKI Jakarta Timur Tahun 2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskritif dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder dari rekam medik pasien hipertensi yang menjalani rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Uki Jakarta Timur Tahun 2018. Jumalah sampel dalam penelitian ini 60 pasien. Karakteristik hipertensi terbayak adalah rentang usia 65-79 tahun (26,7%), prempuan (53,3%), pekerjaan Ibu Rumah Tangga (47,7%), pendidikan terakhir SMA (71,7%), penyakit penyerta Diabetes Militus (16,7%), hipertensi stage 1 (43,33%). Kata Kunci : Karakteristik Pasien Hipertensi, Hipertensi. / Blood pressure is higher than 140 mmHg and the diastolic blood pressure is more than 90 mmHg on the pressure measurement with an interval of five minutes and a sufficient / calm improvement. Hypertension is one of the main causes of early death throughout the world. Hypertension events that often arise with risk factors that arise. The purpose of this study was to study the characteristics of outpatient hypertension at the UKI East Jakarta General Hospital in 2018. The research method used was descriptive by collecting secondary data from medical records of hypertensive patients discussing outpatient care at Uki General Hospital in East Jakarta in 2018. The study sample was in these 60 patients. The characteristics of the best hypertension were the age range of 65-79 years (26.7%), female (53.3%), housewife work (47.7%), education in senior high school (71.7%), comorbidities of Diabetes Militus (16.7%), stage 1 hypertension (43.33%).
