Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini disusun oleh FETRANDO SAKTI KASIH HARAHAP dengan judul “HUBUNGAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN KOPERASI MAKMUR MANDIRI” peneliti ialah Mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Jurusan Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Kristen Indonesia. Kajian penelitian ini diselesaikan setelah melaksanakan kajian selama 2 bulan pada lokasi yang dipilih. Masalah dari penelitian ini ialah kurang nya pencahayaan di ruangan kerja sehingga karyawan agak sulit untuk bekerja dengan maksimal, atasan atau pimpinan harus lebih memperhatikan karyawan dengan cara memberi kritik dan saran kepada karyawan, kurang nya diskusi antar sesama karyawan.Tujuan peneliti mengadakan kajian ini ialah untuk mempermudah penyelesaian masalah di Koperasi Makmur Mandiri terkait dengan pegawai. Penelitian ini diadakan untuk menemukan informasi terkait keadaan lingkungan kerja serta motivasi kerja untuk menghasilkan kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Makmur Mandiri. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan memakai bantuan kuesioner. Metode deduktif serta metode induktif ialah metode yang dipakai untuk melakukan penulisan skripsi ini. Koperasi Makmur Mandiri merupakan lokasi peneliti ini.. Temuan pertama terdapat hubungan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan temuan uji t. Temuan kedua ialah terdapat hubungan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan dengan uji t Temuan ketiga penelitian terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja Karyawan di Koperasi Makmur Mandiri temu dengan F. Kinerja Karyawan di Koperasi Makmur Mandiri dapat menaikkan kualitas serta keuntungan bagi usaha nya wkkw Kata kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Koperasi Makmur Mandiri, Lingkungan Kerja Motivasi Kerja. / ABSTRACT This research was prepared by FETRANDO SAKTI KASIH HARAHAP with the title "THE RELATIONSHIP OF THE WORK ENVIRONMENT AND WORK MOTIVATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES OF THE MAKMUR MANDIRI COOPERATIVE" The researcher is a student of the Human Resources Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Indonesian Christian University. This research study was completed after carrying out a study for 2 months at the selected location. The problem of this research is the lack of lighting in the work space so that it is quite difficult for employees to work optimally, superiors or leaders must pay more attention to employees by giving criticism and suggestions to employees, there is a lack of discussion between fellow employees. The aim of the researcher in conducting this study is to make it easier to resolve problems at the Makmur Mandiri Cooperative related to employees. This research was conducted to find information regarding the state of the work environment and work motivation to produce employee performance at the Makmur Mandiri Cooperative. The data in this research was collected using a questionnaire. The deductive method and inductive method are the methods used to write this thesis. Makmur Mandiri Cooperative is the location of this researcher. The first finding is that there is a significant relationship between the work environment and employee performance, t-test findings. The second finding is that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and employee performance using the t test. The third finding of research is that there is a significant relationship between the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at the Makmur Mandiri Cooperative. Intersection with F.
