Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penggunaan konten video di TikTok yang mampu menarik perhatian banyak pengguna, mendorong kreativitas, dan perubahan diri individu. Menggunakan teori empat pilar strategi media sosial dan konsep komunikasi pemasaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis isi (content analysis) dan kajian semiotik Roland Barthes. Peneliti mendeskripsikan informasi yang diperoleh dari media sosial, kemudian memilih dan menganalisis data tersebut. Analisis semiotik dilakukan untuk memahami tanda dan makna dalam konten TikTok @jakartafairid, dengan fokus pada denotasi, konotasi, serta mitos yang terbentuk dalam komunikasi tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa akun TikTok @jakartafairid berhasil menyampaikan konten yang bervariasi dan kreatif, mencakup aspek komunikasi, kolaborasi, edukasi, dan hiburan. Konten tersebut berhasil menarik target audiens dan efektif dalam mempromosikan Jakarta Fair 2023. Konten yang tidak monoton dan bervariasi membantu mempertahankan minat pengguna serta meningkatkan keterlibatan mereka. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi konten yang efektif dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan pengguna dan mencapai tujuan promosi dengan lebih baik. Kata kunci: Analisis Konten, Promosi, Tiktok. / This research examines the use of video content on TikTok that is able to attract the attention of many users, encourage creativity, and foster personal transformation. It employs the four pillars of social media strategy theory and the concept of marketing communication. The research method used is content analysis and Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis. The researcher describes the information obtained from social media, then selects and analyzes this data. Semiotic analysis is conducted to understand the signs and meanings in the TikTok content of @jakartafairid, focusing on denotation, connotation, and the myths formed in that communication. The results of the analysis show that the TikTok account @jakartafairid successfully delivers varied and creative content, encompassing aspects of communication, collaboration, education, and entertainment. This content effectively attracts the target audience and promotes Jakarta Fair 2023. Non-monotonous and varied content helps maintain user interest and increase their engagement. This demonstrates that an effective content strategy can enhance user engagement and better achieve promotional goals. Keywords: Content Analysis, Promotion, Tiktok
