Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan demi memahami pengaruh persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan dan kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis e-commerce pada aplikasi Tokopedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Data pada penelitian ini didapat melalui kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada pengguna aplikasi Tokopedia yang berdomisili di Kecamatan Sukamajaya Kota Depok sebanyak 100 responden. Proses analisis di sini menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil yang didapat menunjukan bahwa persepsi kegunaan tidak mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pengguna, sedangkan persepsi kemudahan dan kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan dan kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna secara simultan. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa pengguna Tokopedia lebih cenderung memperhatikan kemudahan penggunaan dan kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi dalam menentukan tingkat kepuasan mereka. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna, pengembang aplikasi dan penyedia layanan harus memastikan bahwa sistem yang disediakan mudah digunakan dan memiliki kualitas yang baik. Kata Kunci: Persepsi Kegunaan, Persepsi Kemudahan, Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Kepuasan Pengguna, E-Commerce. / This research aims to explore the impact of perceived utility, perceived ease of use, and the quality of e-commerce-based accounting information systems on user satisfaction with the Tokopedia application. The research adopts a quantitative approach, and data is collected through questionnaires distributed to Tokopedia application users residing in the Sukamajaya District of Depok City, with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is SPSS 25. The findings suggest that while perceived usefulness does not significantly contribute to user satisfaction, perceived ease of use and the quality of the accounting information system do have a positive and significant impact. Additionally, it is observed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and the quality of the accounting information system collectively influence user satisfaction significantly. These results imply that Tokopedia users prioritize ease ofi use and the quality of the accounting information system when evaluating their satisfaction levels. Therefore, to enhance user satisfaction, application developers and service providers must ensure that the provided system is user-friendly and of high quality.
