Abstract

Tesis ini membahas tentang Bagaimana Evaluasi Kinerja Guru Agama Kristen Dalam meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Agama Kristen di SMP 6 Manokwari”. Bagaimana Kinerja guru merupakan elemen penting dalam pendidikan, selain itu juga merupakan penentu tinggi rendahnya kualitas pendidikan. Kinerja guru dilakukan oleh guru dalam melaksanakan tugas seorang guru sebagai pendidik. Kualitas kinerja guru sangat menentukan pada kualitas hasil pendidikan dikarenakan guru merupakan sosok yang paling sering berinteraksi secara langsung dengan siswa pada saat proses pembelajaran. bagaimana guru desain Pembelajaran, Instalasi Pembelajaran dan Evaluasi Proses Pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan memaparkan hasil secara deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data digunakan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Namun data yang terkumpul kemudian diseleksi dan dianalisa melalui: reduksi data; penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Melalui hasil penelitian dapat menunjukkan bahwa: Evaluasi Kinerja Guru Agama Kristen dalam meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan di SMP 6 Manokwari, baik dari desain pembelajaran dalam ruangan kelas, instalasi sumber pembelajaran dan evaluasi proses pembelajaran. Namun, kurikulum adalah faktor yang menjadi pendukung, metovisi oleh “Kepala Sekolah mulai dengan para tenaga pendidik bahkan siswa, guru bidang studi PAK sudah layak, dengan sarana infrastruktur yang ada dalam melalui pembalajaran dan aktivitas ekstrakulikuler. Factor yang menghambat dalam mendesain pembelajaran PAK masih kurangnya referensi sebagai bahan bacaan siswa. Solusi dalam mengatasi factor hambatan dengan menyediakan referensi buku dengan bahan Pendidikan Agama Kristen, dengan mengadakan sarana prasarana yang menunjang bahan pembelajaran, berkomunikasi dengan pihak terkait, khususnya pemerhati pendidikan serta melibatkan orang tua siswa, melalui MGMP sesuai dengan mata pelajaran, terlibat aktif guru dalam berbagai pelatihan dan studi banding Guru PAK. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Kinerja Guru Agama Kristen, Mutu Pendidikan. / This thesis discusses how to evaluate the performance of Christian teachers using the education at SMP 6 Manokwari." Through research results it can be shown that: Evaluation of the Performance of Christian Religion Teachers Using the Discrepancy Model at SMP 6 Manokwari, both from classroom learning design, installation of learning resources and evaluation of the learning process. However, the supporting factors are the curriculum, methodology by the Principal starting with the teacher council and even students, teachers in the field of PAK studies are quite adequate, with existing infrastructure through learning and extracurricular activities. Theinhibiting factor in designing PAK learning is still the lack of references as studentreading material. The solution to overcome the obstacle factors is by providing book references with Christian Religious Education materials, by providing infrastructure that supports learning materials, communicating with related parties, especially education observers and involving parents of students, through MGMP according to subjects, Teachers are actively involved in various training and comparative studies for Religious Education Teachers.
