Abstract

Nama : Ridho Dwi Marshal Program studi : D-III Fisioterapi Judul : Penatalaksanaan Fisioterapi pada Kondisi Drop Hand Sinistra Pembimbing : Rosintan M Napitupulu, AMd.Ft., SKM., MKM Latar Belakang : Drop Hand adalah sebuah kondisi yang disebabkan oleh kelumpuhan saraf radialis. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui penatalaksanaan fisioterapi pada kondisi Drop Hand sinistra dengan menggunakan modalitas terapi berupa Ultrasound, Electrical Stimulation dan Terapi Latihan. Metode : Metode penelitian studi kasus (case study) berisi tentang hasil intervensi fisioterapi menggunakan modalitas Ultrasound, Electrical Stimulation dan Terapi Latihan Hasil : Setelah dilakukan terapi sebanyak 3 kali didapat hasil penilaian nyeri gerak fleksi wrist sinistra menurun pada T1: 6 skala Numeric Paain Rate Scale (NPRS) menjadi T2: 1 skala NPRS, kekuatan otot fleksi wrist sinistra pada T1: 4 menjadi T2: 5, kekuatan otot ekstensi wrist sinistra pada T1: 3 menjadi T2: 5, Wrist Hand Disability Index (WHDI) T1: 54% menjadi T2: 22%. Kesimpulan : Ultrasound, Electrical Stimulation dan Terapi Latihan dapat mengurangi nyeri, meningkatkan kekuatan otot dan meningkatkan aktivitas fungsional pada kasus Drop Hand Kata Kunci :Drop Hand, Ultrasound, Electrical Stimulation dan Terapi Latiha. / Name : Ridho Dwi Marshal Study Program : D-III Fisioterapi Title : Physiotherapy Management in Drop Hand Supervisor : Rosintan M Napitupulu, AMd.Ft., SKM., MKM Background : Hand drop is a condition caused by paralysis of the radial nerve. Purpose : To find out the management of physiotherapy in the condition of Drop Hand sinistra using therapeutic modalities in the form of Ultrasound, Electrical Stimulation and Exercise Therapy. Method : The case study research method contains the results of physiotherapy intervention using Ultrasound, Electrical Stimulation and Exercise Therapy modalities Result : After 3 therapies, the results of the pain assessment of sinistra wrist flexion decreased at T1: 6 NPRS scale to T2: 1 NPRS scale, muscle strength (MMT) sinistra wrist flexion at T1: 4 to T2: 5, muscle strength (MMT) sinistra wrist extension at T1: 3 to T2: 5, Wrist Hand Disability Index (WHDI) T1: 54% to T2: 22%. Conclusion : Ultrasound, Electrical Stimulation and Exercise Therapy can reduce pain, increase muscle strength and increase functional activity in cases of Drop Hand Keywords : Drop Hand, Ultrasound, Electrical Stimulation and Exercise Therapy.
