Abstract

Dalam suatu era saat ini yang penuh dengan kompetisi sebuah tim selalu menginginkan tujuan yang maksimal, oleh karna itu diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang baik, karena sumber daya manusia dirancang untuk membantu serta mengarahkan kursus organisasi. Studi ini termasuk dalam bidang penelitian eksplanatori, yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara variable. Disiplin, motivasi, serta kerjsama tim yang ditunjukkan oleh UKOM Futsal putra universitas kristen indonesia atlet ialah faktor kunci. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 30 atlet Universitas Kristen Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, 30 peserta membentuk sample. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan korelasi rank spearman serta korelasi berganda, menggunakan alat bantu SPSS versi 26. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis 1 dapat disimpulkan bahwa thitung 2,859 lebih besar dari ttabel 2,048 maka Ho di tolak serta Ha di terima. Pengujian Hipotesis 2 dapat disimpulkan bahwa thitung 3,495 lebih besar dari ttabel 2,048 maka Ho di tolak Ha di terima. Pengujian hipotesis 3 Fhitung 10,762 lebih besar dari Ftabel 3,35 yang signifikan antara disiplin serta motivasi secara simultan terhadap kerjasama tim. Saran pada penelitan ini Kepada pelatih serta pengurus UKOM Futsal Putra Universitas Kristen Indonesia diharapkan untuk lebih mendisiplinkan para atletnya terhadap peraturan yang telah disepakati bersama,diharapkan untuk membangkitkan motivasi para atletnya dengan cara memberikan vitamin sesudah pertandingan berlangsung. Kata Kunci : Disiplin, Motivasi, Kerjasama Tim. / In today's competitive era a team always wants maximum goals, because it requires good human resources, because human resources are designed to help and direct the course of the organization. This research belongs to the explanatory research category, which uses quantitative methods to explain relationships between variables. The discipline, motivation, and teamwork shown by UKOM Futsal son of Indonesian Christian university athletes are key factors. The research population consists of 30 athletes from the Christian University of Indonesia. In this study, 30 participants formed samples. The analysis was done using spearman rank correlation and double correlations, using the SPSS version 26 utility. From the test results of hypothesis 1 it can be concluded that thitung 2,859 is greater than the tabel 2,048 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Testing the hypothesis 2 can conclude that the thitung 3,495 is greater than the ttabel 2,048 then Ho rejected Ha accepted. The trial of the hypothesis 3 F calculates 10,762 larger than the Ftabel 3.35 which is significant between discipline and motivation simultaneously towards team cooperation. To the coach and manager of UKOM Futsal Putra Christian University Indonesia is expected to further discipline its athletes against the rules that have been jointly agreed, hoped to arouse the motivation of its sportsmen by providing vitamins after the game took place.
