Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Hubungan minat dan motovasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 80 Jakarta; (2) Hubungan minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika SMP Negeri 80 Jakarta; (3) Hubungan motovasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 80 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 80 Jakarta. Sementara itu, sampel penelitian terdiri dari 75 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melibatkan penggunaan instrumen, yaitu: (1) kuesioner minat belajar, (2) kuesioner motivasi belajar, dan (3) nilai UAS semester genap. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan teknik analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif mengindikasikan bahwa skor minat belajar siswa mencapai 77,3%, berada dalam kategori sedang. Sementara itu, motivasi belajar mencapai 73,3%, masuk dalam kategori tinggi, dan prestasi belajar sebesar 89,3% berada pada kategori mulai berkembang. Sedangkan hasil analisis inferensial menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan secara positif dan signifikan minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa pada kelas VII SMP Negeri 80 Jakarta dengan nilai t dimana t_hitung>t_tabel yaitu (3,044>1,993); (2) Terdapat hubungan secara positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa pada kelas VII SMP Negeri 80 Jakarta. nilai t dimana t_hitung>t_tabel yaitu (8,874>1,993); (3) terdapat hubungan secara positif dan signifikan antara minat belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa pada kelas VII SMP Negeri 80 Jakarta dengan uji F yaitu F_hitung>F_tabel yaitu (40,679>3,12). Besar pengaruh hubungan minat belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa sebesar 51% dilihat dari nilai adjusted R Square =0,517. / This study aims to determine: (1) The relationship between interest and learning motivation on mathematics learning achievement among seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 80 Jakarta; (2) The relationship between learning interest and mathematics learning achievement at SMP Negeri 80 Jakarta; (3) The relationship between learning motivation and mathematics learning achievement among seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 80 Jakarta. The research method employed is a quantitative approach with a type of quantitative descriptive research. The research population includes all seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 80 Jakarta. Meanwhile, the research sample consists of 75 students. The data collection technique in this research involves the use of instruments, namely: (1) learning interest questionnaire, (2) learning motivation questionnaire, and (3) even semester final exam scores. The obtained data are analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis techniques. The results of descriptive statistical analysis indicate that students' learning interest scores reach 77.3%, falling into the moderate category. Meanwhile, learning motivation reaches 73.3%, categorized as high, and learning achievement at 89.3% is in the category of beginning to develop. Meanwhile, the results of inferential analysis show that: (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between learning interest and mathematics learning achievement of seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 80 Jakarta, with a t_value wheret_calculated>t_table (3.044>1.993); (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and mathematics learning achievement of seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 80 Jakarta, with a t_value where 〖 t〗_calculated>t_table (8.874>1.993); (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between learning interest and learning motivation on the mathematics learning achievement of seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 80 Jakarta, with a F_tes where〖 F〗_calculated>F_table (40.679>3.12); The magnitude of the influence of the relationship between learning interest and learning motivation on students' mathematics learning achievement is 51%, as seen from the value of adjusted R Square = 0.517.
