Abstract

Risiko Operasional dapat terjadi dari faktor Sumber Daya Manusia, proses internal, kegagalan sistem dan kejadian eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi operasional bank. Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan kejadian luar biasa yang mempengaruhi operasional bank. Risiko yang dapat terjadi dari Pandemi Covid-19 salah satunya adalah Sumber Daya Manusia di dalamnya rentan terpapar oleh virus Covid-19, hal ini perlu dikelola agar kegiatan operasional bank dapat terus berjalan. Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan faktor yang penting dalam suatu perusahaan terlebih dalam kegiatan perbankan. Oleh karena itu bank perlu menerapkan manajemen risiko operasional dalam pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia selama masa pandemi agar Sumber Daya Manusia didalamnya dapat terjamin kesalamatan dan kesehatannya. Penulisan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan manajemen risiko operasional bank dalam pengelolaan SDM di PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Selama Pandemi Covid-19. Metode analisis yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif . Penelitian dilakukan di PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Subjek penelitian ini adalah penerapan manajemen risiko operasional yang dilakukan oleh Tim Task Force Penanganan dan Pemulihan Covid-19 BNI Group. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa penerapan manajemen risiko operasional bank dalam pengelolaan SDM di PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Selama Pandemi Covid-19 yang dilakukan oleh Tim Task Force Penanganan dan Pemulihan Covid-19 BNI Group sudah efektif dan berhasil menekan kasus pegawai positif serta mampu menunjang kinerja BNI selama masa Pandemi Covid-19. Hal ini terbukti dari menurunnya kasus pegawai positif, kinerja BNI meningkat dan menurunnya tingkat turn over pegawai. Kata Kunci : Risiko, Risiko Operasional, Manajemen Risiko, Manajemen Risiko Operasional, Sumber Daya Manusia, Pandemi Covid-19. / Operational risk can occur from human resources factors, internal processes, system failures and external events that can affect bank operations. The Covid-19 pandemic is an extraordinary event that affects bank operations. One of the risks that can occur from the Covid-19 Pandemic is that Human Resources in it are vulnerable to being exposed to the Covid-19 virus, this needs to be managed so that bank operational activities can continue to run. Human Resources is an important factor in a company, especially in banking activities. Therefore, banks need to implement operational risk management in the management of Human Resources during the pandemic so that the Human Resources in it can be guaranteed safety and health. The purpose of writing this Final Project is to find out how the implementation of bank operational risk management in HR management at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. During the Covid-19 Pandemic. The research method used is a qualitative description. The research was conducted at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. The subject of this research is the implementation of operational risk management carried out by the BNI Group Covid-19 Handling and Recovery Task Force Team. From the results of this study, it can be seen that the application of bank operational risk management in managing human resources at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, the BNI Group Covid-19 Handling and Recovery Task Force Team was effective and succeeded in suppressing positive employee cases and was able to support BNI's performance during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This is evident from the decline in positive employee cases, increased BNI performance and decreased employee turnover.
