Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena yang memengaruhi eksplorasi karir siswa kelas X SMA Angkasa 1 Halim Jakarta Timur. Eksplorasi karir merupakan waktu dimana individu berusaha untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam, khususnya seputar informasi mengenai pekerjaan, pilihan alternatif karir, pilihan yang tersedia dalam bidang karir, dan persiapan karir yang diperlukan saat mereka memasuki dunia kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana siswa mengeksplorasi karirnya sesuai dengan bakat dan minat yang mereka miliki. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket eksplorasi karir yang disebarkan melalui (google form), populasi 359 siswa dan didapatkan 141 siswa dan di analisis menggunakan sampel Probabilitas (Probability Sampling). Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik pada siswa laki-laki yaitu 56 siswa dan 45 siswa perempuan dan siswa laki-laki memiliki nilai eksplorasi karir tinggi adalah sebesar 19.64%, sedangkan pada siswa perempuan memiliki nilai eksplorasi tinggi 11.11%, Hasil analisis berdasarkan usia terdapat 78 responden dengan retang usia 15 tahun dengan nilai eksplorasi tinggi 11.54%, hasil 12 responden yang berusia 16 tahun dengan nila eksplorasi karir tinggi 33.33%, 11 responden yang berusia 14 tahun dengan nilai eksplorasi tinggi 27.27%. Hasil analisis berdasarkan tiga aspek ekplorasi karir. Aspek Environmental exploration memiliki tingkat ekplorasi tinggi 25.00%, sedangkan nilai eksplorasi rendah 50.00%. Aspek Self exploration memiliki tingkat eksplorasi tinggi 37.50%. Aspek Intended-systematic exploration memiliki tingkat eksplorasi tinggi 37.50%. Hasil ini mengindikasikan variasi dalam eksplorasi karir siswa, yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti jenis kelamin, usia dan aspek eksplorasi karir yang dianalisis. Namun, perlu diperhatikan bahwa perbedaan-perbedaan ini memberikan gambaran tentang pentingnya pendekatan yang beragam dalam membantu siswa dalam pengembangan pemahaman mereka tentang karir dan perencanaan masa depan mereka. / This study is motivated by the phenomenon that affects the career exploration of class X students of SMA Angkasa 1 Halim East Jakarta. Career exploration is a time when individuals try to gain a deeper understanding, especially around information about work, alternative career choices, options available in the career field, and career preparation needed when they enter the world of work. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which students explore their careers according to their talents and interests. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using a career exploration questionnaire distributed through (google form), a population of 359 students and obtained 141 students and analysed using probability sampling. Based on the results of statistical analysis on male students, namely 56 students and 45 female students and male students have a high career exploration value of 19.64%, while female students have a high exploration value of 11.11%, The results of the analysis based on age were 78 respondents with an age range of 15 years with a high exploration value of 11.54%, the results of 12 respondents aged 16 years with a high career exploration value of 33.33%, 11 respondents aged 14 years with a high exploration value of 27.27%. The results of the analysis based on three aspects of career exploration. Environmental exploration aspect has a high exploration level of 25.00%, while the low exploration value is 50.00%. Self exploration aspect has a high exploration level of 37.50%. Intended-systematic exploration had a high exploration rate of 37.50%. These results indicate variations in students' career exploration, which could be influenced by various factors such as gender, age and the aspects of career exploration analysed. However, it should be noted that these differences illustrate the importance of diverse approaches in assisting students in the development of their understanding of careers and their future planning.
