Abstract

Medical Check Up (MCU) merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya menjaga kesehatan. Menurut data tahun 2018 Riskedas, baru 20% masyarakat Indonesia yang memiliki kesadaran tersebut. Idealnya MCU dilakukan minimal enam bulan sekali dan dilakukan secara menyeluruh. Pemeriksaan dimulai dari anamnesis, pemeriksaan tanda-tanda vital, pemeriksaan fisik, dan bila diperlukan dilakukan pemeriksaan penunjang. Pasien yang datang akan dianamnesis, diperiksa tanda-tanda vital dan fisik secara menyeluruh, sampai tahap ini beberapa pasien asimtomatik, tetapi setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan penunjang seperti pemeriksaan Full Blood Count (FBC) ditemukan kelainan pada profil leukosit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana profil jumlah dan jenis leukosit pada pasien MCU di Rumah Sakit Jantung Diagram. Pada penelitian digunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional retrospektif dan instrument yang digunakan data sekunder berupa rekam medis MCU di Rumah Sakit Jantung Diagram pada periode bulan Januari-Juni 2023 dengan sampel 77 dari 258 pasien MCU yang melakukan FBC. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan profil jumlah leukosit sebanyak 74 orang (96,1%) normal dan tiga orang (3,9%) leukopenia. Profil jenis leukosit yang normal basofil 77 orang (100%), eosinofil 48 orang (62,3%), neutrofil segmen 60 orang (77,9%), limfosit 56 orang (72,7%), dan monosit 54 orang (70,1%). Jenis leukosit yang mengalami penurunan terjadi pada eosinofil satu orang (1,3%), neutrofil segmen 14 orang (18,2%), dan limfosit 13 orang (16,9%). Jenis leukosit yang mengalami kenaikan terjadi pada eosinofil 28 orang (38,4%), neutrofil segmen tiga orang (3,9%), limfosit delapan orang (10,4%) dan monosit 23 orang (29,9%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah mayoritas pasien MCU memiliki profil jumlah leukosit dan jenis leukosit normal. Kata Kunci: Medical check up, jumlah leukosit, hitung jenis leukosit. / Medical Check Up (MCU) is a way to increase health promotion awareness. According to Riskedas survey from 2018, only 20% of Indonesians have health awareness. MCU is supposed to be scheduled minimally every six months and done thoroughly. Some patients after going thorough anamnesis, vital sign examination, and physical examination don’t have any symptoms, but after taking Full Blood Count (FBC) test, found out they have abnormal leukocytes profile. The purpose of this research is to determine total leukocyte count and differential count profile in MCU patients. This is a retrospective cross-sectional descriptive research and the research instrument was secondary data data in the form of medical records at Jantung Diagram Hospital during the period January-June 2023 with 77 sampels from 258 FBC patients. The result shows the profile of total leukocyte, 74 people (96,1%) normal leukocyte and three people (3,9%) leukopenia. The profile of differential count profile for nomal types of leukocytes basophils 77 people (100%), eosinophils 48 people (62,3%), polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMN) 60 people (77,9%), lymphocytes 56 people (72,7%), dan monocytes 54 people (70,1%). The types of leukocytes that experienced a decrease in eosinophil one person (1,3%), stab neutrophils 77 people (100%), PMN 14 people (18,2%), and lymphocytes 13 people (10,4%). The types of leukocytes that experienced an increase in eosinophils 28 people (16,9%), PMN three people (3,9%), lymphocytes eight people (10,4%) dan monocytes 23 people (29,9%). In conclusion, the majority of MCU patients that don’t have any symptoms until physical examination have normal total leukocyte and differential count profile.
