Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk, harga, tempat dan personal selling terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Baso Aci Akang Pahlawan Revolusi Jakarta Timur. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuosioner penelitian kepada 68 responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pembeli di Baso Aci Akang. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak yang ditetapkan pada rumus lemeshow yang dimana populasi tidak diketahui. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari produk, harga, tempat dan personal selling, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah keputusan pembelian. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada Pengaruh produk terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Baso Aci Akang Pahlawan Revolusi Jakarta Timur. (2) Ada Pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Baso Aci Akang Pahlawan Revolusi Jakarta Timur. (3) Ada Pengaruh tempat terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Baso Aci Akang Pahlawan Revolusi Jakarta Timur. (4) Ada Pengaruh personal selling terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Baso Aci Akang Pahlawan Revolusi Jakarta Timur. (5) Terdapatnya pengaruh produk, harga, tempat dan personal selling terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Baso Aci Akang Pahlawan Revolusi Jakarta Timur adalah 31,4% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian ini. Saran pada penelitian ini bagi Bisnis kuliner Baso Aci Akang sebaiknya menambah varian menu baru untuk olahan baso, dan meningkatkan kualitas produk dengan cita rasa yang diinginkan oleh konsumen. Baso Aci Akang juga harus memperhatikan daya saing harga dengan produk sejenis, sebab harga yang terjangkau umumnya lebih disukai oleh konsumen. Selain itu Baso Aci Akang juga dapat melakukan promosi di media sosial dengan memanfaatkan food influencer agar dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. / This research aims to determine the influence of product, price, place, and personal selling on consumer purchasing decisions at Baso Aci Akang Pahlawan Revolusi in East Jakarta. The data source used in this study is primary data obtained through the distribution of research questionnaires to 68 respondents using purposive sampling, and the population in this study is all buyers at Baso Aci Akang. The sample was taken as determined by the Lemeshow formula, where the population is unknown. The independent variables in this study consist of product, price, place, and personal selling, while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The analysis used in this study includes validity testing, reliability testing, classic assumption testing, t-test, F-test, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study show that: (1) There is an influence of the product on consumer purchasing decisions at Baso Aci Akang Pahlawan Revolusi in East Jakarta. (2) There is an influence of price on consumer purchasing decisions at Baso Aci Akang Pahlawan Revolusi in East Jakarta. (3) There is an influence of place on consumer purchasing decisions at Baso Aci Akang Pahlawan Revolusi in East Jakarta. (4) There is an influence of personal selling on consumer purchasing decisions at Baso Aci Akang Pahlawan Revolusi in East Jakarta. (5) The combined influence of product, price, place, and personal selling on consumer purchasing decisions at Baso Aci Akang Pahlawan Revolusi in East Jakarta is 31.4%, with the remaining influenced by other variables not included in this study. Recommendations from this research for Baso Aci Akang culinary business include adding new menu variations for meatball dishes and enhancing product quality with flavors desired by consumers. Baso Aci Akang should also pay attention to price competitiveness with similar products, as affordable prices are generally preferred by consumers. Additionally, Baso Aci Akang can promote itself on social media by leveraging food influencers to influence consumer purchasing decisions.
